Have ate here twice and both times were really good, Menu has a lot of variety, Staff are great on one occassion we arrived after 9.30 with a group and they didnt rush us into ordering, gave us drinks and time to decide, food arrived quickly and portions sizes are just perfect, its a relaxed atmosphere with funky chairs.... This is a brilliant Mexican restaurant serving authentic Mexican food .The restaurant located on Georges St. so it is quite central. inside is quite small inside so if you are going with a group of people you would need to reserve a table in advance. The staff are fantastic and the atmosphere is buzzing. The choice on the menu is superb and very good value.Hope to go back soon. ... Read more...

Nice

The food in here is quite nice. it is mexican food served in the traditional way with all the tasty sauces and dips. i like their food but i find it is a little over priced for what you get. the portions are quite big though and the food is filling. i like their refried beans and they also fo great fajitas. they have a good selection of beers and wines too. it is not as busy as it used to be so it is usually easy to get a table.... loved it!

Went here last week and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the visit! I went for spicy chicken chimichangas’ and my friend got the quesadilla and wedges and we both really loved the food! The flavors are great- I had to request more of the sour cream and guacamole but when it arrived it was amazing! The girl serving us was a bit rude and that was the only downside to the place, she was just a bit abrupt! All in all very impressed and cannot wait to go back!... Read more...

love Mexican food and this place does not disappoint.cozy and colorful with a lively atmosphere.really recommend their nachos ,a must have.staff are always friendly and helpful.sometimes find it hard to get a table at peak weekend times so booking advisable especially if in a group.good early bird menu and price my friend .tried to get a table here two weeks ago but could only offer 7 or 9 pm sitting down so obviously still busy even in recession... My husband and I love this restaurant. I love the guacamole and the veg chilli. Prices are reasonable. The decor is lovely and very authentic mexican and hence colourful. The service is very good and quick and friendly. The baked banana dessert with chocolate sauce (cant think of its name) is very tasty!! My husband particularly likes their burgers and has been known to try a few margaritas or coronas which are also very good ... Read more...

Mexixan Restaurant

Visted Acapulco last friday night with a gang for their Early Bird Menu, 3 courses for €20 isn't bad at all. Atmosphere was good although in fairness I was there with a gang so it was hard to judge, but last time i was there i was impressed. Only criticism was i felt that teh early bird menu wasn't great but sure we will have to venture again and give it another go.... Read more...

I used to come here quite frequently, but hadn't been in a couple of years. Decided to go there with friends on Saturday night and was not disappointed! It was quite busy, but despite having no booking, they fit us in. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food came out very quickly. It was delicious. It's a (relatively) cheap and cheerful restaurant and I'd definitely return. The place was busy the whole time we were there, but we never felt pressure to leave even though we'd had no... Yummy Mexican food
(31 January 2011)

I absolutely love this restaurant - it's a great place for a fun meal with friends. Given the messiness caused by eating this food, I don't think it's somewhere for a first date! The interior is colourful and cosy and helps you to forget the cold winter outside. I always start off with the Nachos here - I see other reviewers suggest sharing them but I have no problem polishing off the full plate myself. They use real cheese, unlike that awful fake cheese coloured sauce that seems to be doing... Read more...

I love the food in here it is so tasty and delicious. it is great with a glass of wine. i love getting a few starters to share. for my main i always go for something that has lots of refried beans i just love them. the dips and sauces in here make the food so tasty. the only downside is that the tables are very close and that the seats are very hard and uncomfortable they could do with a cushion.... Best Mexican in Dublin
(31 January 2011)
by: Angie R. 5 out of 5
I've been to Mexico and Central America, where I loved the food - and this is the closest I've found to an authentic Mexican restaurant in Dublin. It's expensive given how little the ingredients must cost them, but their food really is delicious. If you ask for hot sauce, they don't mess around and the guacamole is nicer than I can make it myself. I'm a big fan of the flautas with chargrilled steak, not too good for the waistline as they're deep fried! I don't even have words to describe... Read more...

great

A great experience. A really cute restaurant, the lighting is very cosy as is the decor. They have clearly put a little thought into the design of the place. We had nachos and potatoe skins to start which were so tasty and then we both had enchiladas, which were excellent. The staff were also really helpful and accomodating. Would I go back, definitely, and I think you should too, I can't really think of many flaws to attach to the place. I guess you could probably get something really spicy if... Read more...
