Air France are a very good airline. I've only flown with them the one time but I enjoyed the experience. They providede an excellent service and in my opinion they were great value for money. The seats were comfortable and the flight was on time. The stewardesses were always polite and friendly. I'm not sure what else to say about an airline. I checked in easy enough and had no problems on the flight. I would use them again and choose them over lots of other airlines.... Read more...

I have travelled with Air France to London City Airport several times and I find it very convenient compared to Gathwick, Heathrow and Stanstead. As a result of that travelling I have been building up airmiles and I checked recently and was surprised to see I had built up enough airmiles for a one leg trip to China. As as result I am looking forward to their Sale which is due to start in about three days. Flights are always very pleasant and staff friendly.... Read more...

London for Less

I've recently started travelling to London on a regular basis and I find London City Airport is definitely the best airport to fly into. In the past I always went with the cheapest flights which were generally Ryanair. However the flights may have been cheaper but they cost me more in the long run. I never took the cost of my trains into the city into account or if I wanted to check a bag on! All of this adds up. Now I always book Air France into London City. You get a FREE 23KG baggage... I flew to france 8 years ago with this airline. Found the staff quite rude on the out bound flight and really nice coming back home. Going out I got scalded with the airhostess when she was pouring my tea and she never even apoligised was really rude. other than her ignorance the flight was nice and I would fly with them again and there food on board was also nice... recently flew to J'Burg via Paris on their new Airbus A380, brilliant plane load of space to move around, book seats on lower deck on window side can get three together, plenty of space next to window. Only complaint was the food, you would think the French would get the food right. so recommend to book special meal. vegetarian or Halal. Food on return flight superb... Read more...

I went on a school trip to France a few years ago with this airline, and stumbled upon it again last year when I booked a flight to Paris. Pleasant journey, air hostesses were very pleasant and gave us free water and soft drinks. However, our seats were all apart from each other, and the woman at the check in desk wasn't very obliging to let my family sit together, and when we were on the plane, there was a newly-wed man beside me who was on honeymoon with his wife and the lady at check in... I have used air france many times before. My parents were actually living in france for 6 months, so i used this service a minimum of 4 times! The flights were generally quite reliable and one time i actually missed a flight and they rearranged 2 connecting flights. free of charge and for this i think they are a top notch company!! last summer i couldnt get flights to dubai via france from dublin so i had to go to manchester instead, the flight to dubai was grand, but on the way back it was disaster!!! i got to dubai airport, into checkin and found out the flight was late 5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and there was no explanation either....all i was told was delays delays and delays. I had a connecting flight from paris to manchester, but was to come home to dublin with aer lingus and well everyone knows their policies! anyway,... Read more...

Travelled with Air France recently and was very impressed. First off the prices quoted on the website are the actual prices and there are no nasty add ons so I was off to a good start. Check in was easy and the flight was very pleasant. I had a comfortable journey and we were treated very well by the cabin crew.
