The parking is a big plus as you can go for a big item, having reserved it online and drive right up to the door to collect it. Makes shopping for large heavy items as quick and as easy as possible. There is always the added bonus of spotting something reduced that is not listed too. all in all this is a bit above average in Argos terms... Read more...

Argos in Blackpool is across the road from the main centre but has plenty of parking spaces at both sides so perfect for those times you need to have a car. Argos often do items that are not always listed in the catologue & also do a clearance range that you need to keep an eye on that can be very good value. I bought a slow cooker this way for under €15 it was listed as twice that in the book. Handy store with a good location.... Read more...

I like this argos because it has the benefit of parking which the one in the Queens Old Castle doesnt so if you are buying anything slightly large in argos you need your car with you. Its a busy argos but as always with argos they have a system and there is seldom a very long wait time. The staff have always been friendly and if your item is very heavy they have always offered a hand to help me take it out. I would recommend this argos. ... Read more...

This particular Argos is one of those stores where you never really know what kind of service you are going to get from one day to the next. I have been in here and had excellent service from friendly, helpful staff. I've also been here and practically been ignored by the staff, who just shove the goods at you and hope that when they turn around you will have gone. A very strange store. It is quite often out of stock of certain products too!... Read more...

Who hasn't used Argos at one point in their lives? Argos is as much a stable in the modern shopping world as sliced bread is a part of grocery shopping! You quite simply can't go wrong here, they literally stock everything, from kitchen utensils to bed sheets to protein powder (for those of you who are into body building). Most time in this store its fairly quiet, not a sign of bad buisness, mind but a sign of how effective and quick the staff are. No complaints from me!... Read more...

I think this Argos is very reliable. I have the Argos catalog at home so I would usually check online first if my items are available at the store. Recently I have purchased a few items in Argos and tried to get them at the Mahon store but they were out of stock there but the were always in the Blackpool store so you can reserve them online or on the phone which is really handy if there is only 1 item left to ensure that you will get it. Its a convenient store to get all sorts of things and... Read more...

The reserve and collect service is great, because I'm able to check on line before driving up to Cork and finding they don't have it the item that I want in stock. Because they have late night opening, I have even reserved items on line for pick up by my husband on his way home from work. I just forward him the text message and e-mail notification of the reserve number and that saves him the time/effort/bother of having to look for the item number. ... Read more...

This is a very busy Argos branch located on the far side of Blackpool shopping area next to the cinema. There is plenty of free parking around which is a plus. It's not an Argos extra though so all items may not be stocked there. I particularly like the ability to shop online and reserve the items I want. Then I just go in and pay via a kiosk and within a few minutes my items are ready. Often they offer to help carry things out to the car for me or sometimes they've offered the use of a trolley....
