Good store for kids

This store in the Omni has a great selection of games, models,jigsaws as well as arts and crafts materials for kids and older. It has a lot of educational stuff for kids which beats the usual toys etc in the likes of Smyths. Great for a present with a bit of a difference. Some of the art materials are extremely expensive though and that sometimes puts me off. Worth a visit.... Read more...

Lots of crafty goodies

This is the biggest art and hobby shop I've ever been in. My 3 year old loves painting and sticking things so this shop is ideal for finding some stuff for her to play with at the weekend. At the moment they have loads of Christmas craft materials in the shop at the moment. I got some shiny metalic strips for making paper chains for Christmas with her. I also got a few stocking fillers. Some of the stuff is quite expensive, but it's lovely.... Read more...

This is somewhere lovely to browse. There are some lovely craft kits for all ages. Everything is presented well and the staff are very helpful. I feel that anything i buy here will actually be well used. Its a must for kids birthday presents. However it is overpriced. The products can be sourced much cheaper elsewhere. This is a great shop in the Omni shopping centre. i love going in here for a look around. Ialways get birthday presents - especially for girls in here as they have lovely little make and do sets. i love the jewellery making kits. i also love all the things for card making like the stamps and srtensils. the things in here are not cheap but they do make nice gifts for people.... Good but expensive

This is a great little store full of all types of bits and bobs for the little artist in your home. It is quite expensive and you can pick up the same type of stuff in other stores although the quality is not quite the same. I would buy a few bits and bobs here when my nieces are coming to visit as it keeps them sat down in one spot while I yap away to my sister :) Actually for those with children with bad muscle control in their hands (as my son has), getting them to make cards with bits of... This is a lovely shop. This store in the Omni is quite big the thing i love about it is that the place is so colourful.. I spend ages browsing around and picking up a few bits and pieces. I always buy birthday presents for Children in here as i think it is important to develop children's creativity. They have lovely boxes with card making, stain glass decorating etc. The have all the srt supplies you could need. Thay also do great designs for card making.... Read more...

although I agree the stock is really overly expensive in here it is still a great shop. it has really great art supplies that you would probably have to travel to town to find else where. it is dear though and some of the things you would get in tesco even a lot cheaper like the pens ect. that said for presents for kids it is great, you can get really nice sketch pads and oil paints ect. the staff are also more than happy to help and they will order in shades of paint ect if they are out of... this shop is so expensive most art things are almost double the price of easons and other art shops (K&m evans) went in there to price a few things for an art course and the difference was unbeliveable also staff very arrogant and unhelpful i would never buy from this shop also the shop always has a wierd smell because of the subway next door makes it feel very uncomfortable ... I think this is quite a nice name for a shop. Its simple and effective and it does what it says on the tin! To be honest id never been aware of the Art and Hobby shops in Dublin (They may be nationwide, im not sure?) until i went into the one in Omni shopping centre. All i needed was 2 envelopes and 2 stamps and i was rushing as i was stuck for time. The staff were very helpfull and showed me the different sizes of envelopes. They didn't have stamps but they showed me where i could get them.... Read more...

I was in here again at the weekend with my little sister and she really loved it here and I ended up having to drag her away from all the cool stuff hahah! She ended up getting some really unique stationary (erasers shaped as food items!) and also some DIY make your own jewellery set that she couldn’t wait to get home and try. This place does stuff for people of all ages and they have something within most peoples price range- its defo a place I will look into when her birthday is coming... Read more...

This is a pretty good art and hobby shop. It's not as big and the ones in town but if you're living in this area then this is a great place if you need only some paper, pens paint etc. It's fairly cheap and the staff are friendly enough. They also have toys and board games, always a win for me! I saw a toy pterodactyl there the other day so I'll definitely be returning here to buy it!... Read more...
