Best Pizza in Ireland

Base is by far the best pizza I have ever tasted...even better than all of the pizzas I had on a recent trip to Italy! I order them all the time and the pizzas are always delicious...i completely agree with the above reviewer-the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I cant decide which pizza on the menu is my favourite...its between the funghi, roma and americana!!! Id recommend everyone to try it....... Read more...

A breath of fresh air!

Base Pizza is a breath of fresh air! No longer do I have to go to Milano's to get a good pizza. I ordered the funghi and pollo caldo and a can of coke and the total cost was €15, as they have a voucher service on facebook at the moment, it lasts until March! The pollo caldo was delicious, however, it's quite spicy so ask for less chilies if you're not fond of very spicy foods. Thin Crispy Pizza

Base Wood Fired Pizza is truly good. Delicious toppings on a nice thin crispy base. They really get what pizza is all about. It's take-away or delivery only but there is a comfortable seating area in the bay windows to relax in while you wait. A little on the pricey side for a pizza - but well worth it for treat. ... Best pizza base ever

Its taken me a long time to find a pizza that has a really good base. Eventually I have found one. Base is more expensive that other companies but its worth every penny. Negative point is that they don't have a sit in restaurant at the moment. They only have a take away but they do deliver around the area. You won't be disappointed with this pizza parlour.
