Guilty Pleasure
(27 January 2012)
by: Amber W. 4 out of 5
I could easily move to dublin to eat at Blazing Salads more frequently. It can be a bit of a struggle not to over indulge as the food is absolutely amazing. Prices are mostly very reasonable and soo worth it. Its the salad bar you need to watch out for.. It is priced by weight so for people like me who like to fill the tubs to the top, this can get a little costly. Helpful, friendly staff and huge variety. They really do have something for everyone.... Read more...

Blazing Salads
(09 August 2011)
by: Gemma C. 4 out of 5
Blazing Salads has been around for years and has improved with a wider selection of salads, soups, ready made meals and lovely bread. Anytime I am in town I get some of their ready made meals and salads. Their sourdough and spelt bread, that they make themselves is delicious and goes very well with their salads. I have reserved their cookbook ,The Blazing Salads Cookbook from my local library, appears to be very popular, if I am pleased with it will most likely buy it from Amazon, using one... Read more...

I used to come here for lunch time when I was working in town.Basically I love all their selection of vegetarian food especially the salads. The staffs are good and friendly. However, downside is I think the salad quite pricey through. The price is by weight.During lunch time,a lot of office workers nearby came here to buy the vegetarian food.... Yummy
(03 August 2011)
by: Audrey S. 5 out of 5
This is my favourite place for lunch, its a shame there is no sitting and only take out. I am a vegetarian so it is great to have such a wide choice available. Everything is labelled so you know if it is sugar free, vegan, dairy free, wheat free etc. Apart from the salad bar I LOVE the wheat free pizza slice. The last time I was there I noticed that they have started to offer a hot food bar; I havent had anything from it but it all looks yummy. The only down side is the price, I really only go... Absolutely love this place for a nice and healthy lunch. It has a really good range of all imaginable healthy foods. The Staff are really really lovely and helpful. The spelt bread is fantastic, get some, trust me and it is so much nicer than ordinary bread! I try to visit here any time I can, and wish I could go more. It's a little on the pricey side but you get such great quality food, so I think it's worth it! ... Read more...

Finally somewhere that understands that salad isn't just lettuce leaves and a tomato. The Buckwheat & Vegetable burgers are very very good. Incidentally Buckwheat is a suitable alternative to wheat for those who are wheat intolerant - it stems from the rhubarb family.Great place for the nutrition conscious. Keep an eye out for aduki bean salds as well as these are great for the liver.... Read more...

Best breads
(20 January 2011)
by: Franco L. 4 out of 5
Although this place is known for its salads what I really love about it is the range of amazing breads. The ciabatta in particular is the closest I have tasted to an authentic Italian ciabatta since I came to Ireland. The salads are delicious but the main courses are pretty expensive for vegetarian food. Soups are lovely with unusual flavours and desserts are top notch. It's also good the way you can pay for your coffee with your meal but get it when you're ready afterwards rather than having... Read more...

Lovely lunch
(15 January 2011)

This is a lovely place to go for a healthy lunch but it is just so expensive you couldn't possibly afford to go there every day. I love the pick and mix salad as they are healthy and you feel good after eating it. They also do very nice breads and they have good soups too. It is easy to find and they are never over busy so you don't have to waste your lunch time queuing up.... Read more...

I go here all the time because I really do love their food, but the prices are a bit too much for what you get. Really lovely staff though, and nice to have an alternative to spars/centras on your lunchbreak!... Read more...

Salads for health / prices to give a heart attack
(23 June 2010)
by: kaz f. 3 out of 5
A year or two ago I used to go to this place on a quite a regular basis. They have a really nice and unusual salad bar and I would stop in sometimes to collect something for my lunch. While the salads are really good and tasty they are priced extremely high! As far as I remember you would be looking at around €9 for your salad box (this was during the Celtic Tiger so maybe they have dropped since then!). I would go back because the food is good but I wouldn’t (or couldn’t) make... Read more...

best salads in the city
(18 June 2010)
by: Roxanne B. 5 out of 5
This is a really great place for people who want to grab a healthy lunch and go. It's basically a pick and mix for salads that you pack into cartons from each section, as much or as little of whatever mix you like. They also bake fresh breads and have frozen healthy meals to go as well. It is fantastic for vegetarians and most, if not all, are vegan friendly. The place also does really nice soups. They also have organic chocolates and stuff- in fact, I'm pretty sure everything in the place is... Read more...

Good n healthy

I used to go to Blazing Salads regularly after my lunchtime yoga and would go back to the office feeling more virtuous then God himself. It really was a welcome addition to Dublin when this place opened, can't think of anywhere else where you can get such healthy and tasty grub. It's a buffet kind of deal, help yourself to your choice of salads like tabouli, chickpea and noodle salad, as well as the normal greens and your choice of dressing. They're all vegan and sugarfree. They also do veggie... Read more...
