I think this branch of Boots can really be a bit hit and miss. The weekend I was here was busy as the promotion in anticipation of Christmas was when you spend €60 you get €10 on your advantage card to treat yourself. Of course, I see drivel like that and I become possessed. I had to buy a few bottles of aftershave, and found that they had a decent enough selection here. My opinion of Boots,changes with the seasons. Yes there is great variety and it is nice and spacious but their prices can range from the sublime to the ridiculous. I don't know why I always assume they will be cheaper than elsewhere -( good marketing maybe ?) but this is not the case at all ! For example the price of Bio-Oil here is way more expensive than one of the chemists on Main Street Dundrum ! I wasnt too pleased with the service at this Boots. I was just popping in to pick up a bottle of water, but found the store to be too full of staff who were just walking around looking at the customers. It was a bit off-putting, as every aisle I walked into there was another member of staff just hovering around. It wouldn't be too bad if they asked if you needed help, but they just stood there. The Boots chemist in Dundrum is a very good size. Lots of well laid out shelves and it is easy to find what you are looking for. It has lots of perfume, toiletries, cameras and makeup and much more. Not having a dispensary is a bit annoying as I went armed with my prescription only to discover they do not offer that service like most of the other Boots Chemists. ... Read more...

Nice Branch

I thought this was quite a good branch of boots. It is a decent sized, spacious and well stocked. They have a good selection of makeup and perfume counters which are manned . They have quite a few photo printing machines too which I found a big plus. There were good offers on no7 skincare in store today and a money off voucher at the till. this is not the biggest of the boots chemists but still has a good selection to choose from. Its right inside the door of the red exit on the second floor so you cant miss it. they carry a good selection of baby products and do the megga pack of huggies nappies which are really hard to get especially in the bigger sizes. Was in here a few weeks back, I had a job interview that morning and needed to get something quickly because I had a really bad cold. I was worried they wouldn't have any of the Vicks or Olbas stuff because it wasn't flu season. Fortunately, to my complete and utter joy, they had a really good selection of decongestants and I went to the job interview feeling less run down. When I go to dundrum I nearly always end up going into Boots. Even if I was walking by the window not intending going in, some deal would catch my ey and i'd end up going. There great for stocking a great selection for baby's. There a really big store and there is plenty of staff that are always on hand to help you. They also do great 3 for 2 offers on NO 7 products which is great value... Read more...

You cannot beat the prices or quality in Boots for either their own brands products or other beauty products. When ever they have theirs specials on I always buy them, especially their shampoos and bath products. It is well laid out and nice and large and there is a wider selection and more space and excellent value for money. You can make some huge savings by shopping there.... Read more...

I love Boots and the one in Dundrum is good. It's bright well laid out and easy to find what you are looking for and any time I ask where something is the staff will walk all the waround the shop to show where the item is, usually had been standing in front of it earlier. I love trying on some of the testers, make up or perfume. I always dab on a little perfume or if I am buying make up try some on just to get an idea of what the colour would look like one me. Lacks Baby Items

I love boots and use it for all my purchases for health and beauty. But i am disappointed in the fact it doesnt stock any baby clothes. the boots is jervis street has an amazing baby department and I love it but unfortuntly Dundrum does not have this. The main area it lacks is the childrens clothes and accessories. The most annoying thing about this is that its catelog shows great stuff but when i go into store its not there!!!! ... Read more...

No dispensery??

i love this boots its quite large and has literally everything you need (almost), however its not as large as the outlet in liffey valley which is MASSIVE! there are two things which i dont like about this Boots, the first is, as another reviewer has mentioned, it has no dispensery!? you need to go to the mccabes pharmacy on the top level for this, and the other thing is the baby section is very limited, even smaller boots in places like the square have more baby related items...
