Small store, don't get blocked in with 2 buggies!

(13 April 2011)

Report

by: Sarah H. 2 out of 5

This shop is so small that people are not able to stop and look at a shelf for an item without someone pushing past you or someone blocking up the rows, or like once two people coming in with buggies and trapping you in a queue. I can never find what I'm looking for in here as the other two boots stores are better stocked than this one. Half of the staff are really nice, but you do get a couple who don't seem to care about working or helping you. I recommend boots but go to the bigger... Read more...

Utiliitarian ''Does the Job''

(08 January 2011)

I prefer the Boots in Merchants Quay to be entirely honest. It always seems to be more fully ''stocked'' up or something. And, one of the ladies in there is very patronising - or so it was with me. That was rude. I am glad to not be around that :)... Read more...

Ok boots but too small!

(08 November 2010)

I find this boots too small for my liking! It just always seems to be too crowded in here and although they do carry a good range in comparison to some of the other boots it seems like its more the essentials. It is convenient though but if you are looking to browse and pick up some new cosmetics or toiletries I would recommend going to one of the other boots... other than that its fine I have never had a bad experience in here. ... You will never ever find a bad branch of Boots

(28 October 2010)

Thank goodness for Boots. I have been in so many branches all over Ireland and find they have consistently good value with the special offers of 3 for 2 and other reductions. They have an endless arrray of goodies to choose from in every department and also helpful staff on hand to answer questions. The pharmacy counter is also really good if you have questions on medicines for minor ailments. Was pleased to see also that you can make an appointment to have your flu shot at some... Read more...

Excellent Service and staff who go above and beyond the call of duty

I have had no problems whatsover in this branch of Boots. I don't know how anybody could see fault with the staff. I go there for my prescriptions all the time and they are handled in a professional and timely manner. I have been going to this pharmacy for over six years and I have never had any problems. I know most of the staff on a first name basis and they always explain how to use my medicines. 100% perfection from this branch!... Read more...

A BIT ON THE small SIDE

(01 September 2010)

Report

by: SEAN N. 3 out of 5

To be honest i don't use this boots much, just the odd time when passing. I always used the one in merchants quay as it was a better location for me but now the super boots near paul steet is the one for me. I find this particular boots to be quite small and obviously as a result they don't stock as much as others boots around the city. On the plus side it is never too busy and no queues at the tills. ... Read more...

Troglodytes with Pharmaceutical Certificates.

I have come across all types in this pharmacy. From the snappy throw-her-weight-around ill reared type to the red-headed midget who snapped an item, I had lifted of a shelf, out of my hand. Some of these people have been forced to seek employment elsewhere as a result of trying their moronic antics on me, but I have the feeling if I went back I'd probably encounter more of the same. I can't imagine how anyone with a medical problem could ask these types of ill-reared neanderthals for... Read more...

I like it

For some reason this is the Boots I go in most of the times. Probably because Patrick St. and the surrounding area is where I usually go for shopping. I like Boots, they have pretty much everything, for everybody, with higher prices as well as lower ones, and many offers. I never hunt the offers, but I don't think I have to, since there's at least one offer at all times. I never bought food and desserts from Boots, I usually go in for cosmetics, since they have quite a large variety, lots of... Read more...

good value but a bit small

(20 May 2010)

Report

This boots has a good range of products and normally has special offers on. They have recently added a sandwich and snack area which is handy, they always have a £3.99 deal, any sandwich/salad +any snack+ any drink. Its a bit more that most sandwich deals but they do have a wide choice. The biggest problem with this shop is that it is hard to shop in as the aisles are too narrow and if anyone binds downs to check something or there someone with a buggy it can get difficult to get... Tiny but good!

(17 May 2010)

Report

by: L M. 5 out of 5

Boots is a great chemist and this branch is no exception. Its right at the bottom of Patricks street so handy to pop into. The store itself is unbelieveably tiny! So much in fact that if you meet a buggy in an aisle you have to reverse and try the next one! Christmas shopping in there is a nightmare as the wonderful christmas sets draw a big crowd and make it impossible to get to! But Boots will always get a five from me, staff are always so helpful and will give advice on anything they can.... Read more...

Best Loyalty Card

(25 February 2010)

Report

by: Anne L. 5 out of 5

This Boots shop has a great sleleciton of goods and ideally located in the centre of town. Staff are always friendly and willing to give advice and are well informed of the products available. Love going to boots because I always find what I want and I always find it great value for money - and the reward points are great - they build up so quickly (especially if you keep an eye out for the double points weekends) compared to any other loyalty schemes that I know. ...
