Popped in here while passing with the girlfriend, the early bird was on so we sampled it. They've 2 different early bird menus, 1 for €15 - starter/main with the mains being different pastas/pizzas, and a second for €19, the mains being more meaty standard dishes. It's a big restaurant, 1 side faces the quays, the other into Temple Bar, the latter having more tourists and a bit more noise from the passing crowd. The courses came out quickly which is fine ... It has a great atmosphere in simple surroundings. They serve decent Italian food at good prices. There are about fourteen different varieties of pasta and they also do 12” pizzas Margherita, Funghi, Prosciutto, and lots more. .My husband loves this place as he is a bit of an ice-cream addict, Great location in the heart of everything. Although the decor isn't the most welcoming the food makes up for it. The waitress was lovely offering us tastes of whatever we wanted before buying. It's lovely that that they're all italian too. The Pistachio Ice-Cream is gorgeous and their coffee is delicious too. my husband can't wait to go back for more yummy ice cream. ... Read more...

lovely little place to eat, although the interior isn't very inviting the food makes up for it. . The waitress was lovely offering us tastes of whatever we wanted before buying. It's lovely that that they're all italian too. The Pistachio Ice-Cream is to superb and their coffee is delicious too. Great Italian Food

2 of my very favourite things - ice cream and pizza. This little joint really excels in both. Its probably as close to authentic Italian pizza I have tasted in Dublin and they have a great range to choose from. They also do the usual standard pasta dishes and others you would expect from an Italian place. You must try the ice cream here though, its soooo good and will leave you wanting more... Read more...

I've only ever had the ice cream and the pizza here but I've been impressed by both. The ice cream isn't cheap but is very creamy and close enough to real Italian ice-cream. The pizzas have thin and crispy bases, so you can eat a full one without feeling completely stuffed - they're more like the pizzas you find in the North of Italy. This is a handy little place but the decor could do with an update the place has a cold feeling to it. the food is the traditional italian food and i have eaten here a few times as it is cheap and cheerful. I am a big fan of italian food and love all the pasta dishes here. They also do a beautiful ice cream and it is must after a meal here. The staff are friendly and they offer good service. ... This is a really nice restaurant! The food is genuine Italian and the prices are very reasonable and they have a great early bird menu too. I have been her lots of times and I have never had a problem. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. I would definatly recommend this reataurant to everyone. It is fab. One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to ! will definatly return again and again ! :)... Read more...

Apparently this place is known for it's ice-cream and when I tried it I understood why, it's gorgeous and is a must try, the food here is very good also and prices are reasonable enough, overall a good dining experience and I'll deffo be back.... Read more...
