Churchtown stores- a great DIY shop. It's easy to get to! No trekking into town to pick up little bits and pieces. The staff are lovely. They are very knowledgeble and would help you find whatever you need. If they have it in stock, they'll know and be sure to facilitate your wishes, The old-looking shop in very modern indeed and I would highly reccommend it. The price is good. The staff are friendly. Churchtown Stores

Churchtown Stores is a great little shop and good for picking up some screws, nails, compost bins, coal, gas cylinders, yard brushes and briquettes and any hardware items you might need. I love their bedding variety of bedding plants that they have displayed outside and great for brightening up the garden. It’s a great hardware store and even if it is a little cramped I always enjoy browsing and seeing what I can find.... Read more...

Excellent Hardware Shop

This shop is a real 'old school' type of place. There's plenty of staff and instead of looking for an item yourself, you always deal directly with a staff member who sources it for you. It has loads of little items you'd never find in one of the larger homeware stores and its a lot cheaper. I've used this shop for years and always go there first for any items and they've always plenty of advice too.... Read more...

Fantastic shop even though it doesn't look it from the outside, its like an Aladdins Cave. The staff and experienced, knowledgeable and helpful and have everything you need for DIY or garden. They are also a lot more reasonably priced than the larger DIY shops. I have been using this shop for a long time and will continue to do so for all my DIY needs.... Read more...

As our family knows them " the little men" are the guys to go to for anything DIY. They have so many years experience between them and pretty much have anything you'll need all compressed into a tiny little store. It really does have a lot of character.
