very big are for bikes and treadmills which means you are never waiting around.range of weights too and usually in good condition.great variety of fitness classes with everything from pilates to boxercise and aquafit in the pool.changing rooms are really clean and well kept as is the sauna and steam room.also doing zumba classes her now, an aerobic workout to fast paced latin music. you can book a course of ten , works out at less than ten euro per class for hour.... Great gym - one of the best gyms around

Citywest gym (especially since its recent renovation) is a great gym. Good range of fitness equipment and clean pool. Changing rooms are modern and clean also. The staff are helpful and arrange a good workout plan for individual needs. The setting is very nice, parking is very easily attained and prices are reasonable compared to elsewhere. Would definitely recommend this gym for people living in the locality. ... Read more...
