This debenhams gives all the rest of them weather bad name unfortunately. It is very messy, not very well laid out, and it is not very well stocked. The selection of clothing they have for women is shameful. The staff are lovely, and the issues mentioned above are not really their fault. The higher management need to closely examine what they are doing, as my guess is that this must be on of the lowest revenue grossing stores they have.... Read more...

I find Debenhams in Limerick City untidy and badly organised. If you are looking for something specific you need a lot of time on your hands. The website is far better with a wider choice of products. The store is cluttered and difficult to navigate with a buggy. Not worth paying the carpark fee for really. Located right at the citys bus stop you'll find debenhams this store very easy to find things. the layout is very oragnised and spacious. the shop has two floors. it is very welcoming by a few make-up counters which i love! they sell clothes here which are suitable for middle aged people. i dont personally shop here i only come here for the make up counters and the the underwear department upstairs.the staff up there are very freindly they give great advice on fittings.... I find debenhams good but could be much better compared to its other stores in big cities.It has a small selection of Julian Mc DOnald stuff which I love and a small section of Red Herring.I feel there is too much fashion for the older generation there also.While staff are helpful to offer advice it still feels like you are burdening them when u ask.It is good that they have introduced Threads upstairs and I do love their make up section.... This Debenhams is not great. They have a few great bits for kids and the childrens sale is particularly good with things half price or less. They havent done anything to the inside since it was roches stores and they lack a lot of the stuff that other debenhams have. Beauty dept leaves a lot to be desired really

I mainly shop in debenhams for their beauty section. On many an occasion I have been left waiting for AGES to be served at the various counters! Last friday I wished to buy a product at the clinique counter and was waiting for 20mins for a sales person. Evebtaully i had to venture over to the girl at Estee Lauder and asked to be served. Great one stop shop in Limerick city

Debenhams is really one of Limericks one stop shops. It is located at the heart of Limerick city. The nearest car park would be in Arthurs Quay shopping centre. Debenhams is a great shop to go to if you are going to a wedding or even getting bridesmaid dresses. The store itself has 4 levels, the basement cater for men, the ground floor has a large range of cosmetics, shoes, accessories & womens wear. nice layout, plenty of space and well designed structure. i love the stocked brands and find that it is a great place to go shopping with my mother/husband/friends as there is something for everyone. staff are very friendly and helpful and there is no problem returning an item if you are unhappy with it etc. great location also, very central and easy with regard to parking etc. definetly a one stop shop.... Roches Stores actually closed some years ago, and Debenhams have taken over. The store is nice enough spread over three floors and a basement area. However it would not be my favourite Debenhams, l find it hard to get a nice casual outfit. They stock a large range of occassional wear ie debs dressed etc. They also have a personal shopper for those that can afford the odd splurge. Staff are very nice and helpful. A nice enough shop but l find it a tad expensive for my budget.... Read more...
