Wife lost her purse recently on way home and the next day when she discovered mentioned to the bus driver as to see where she should go. Talk about being helpful he got on the radio and they rang around the depot where the bus had gone from and checked in lost property too without a quiver. Thankfully it had been found in the meantime and was later reunited all in tact. Could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend... Read more...

My little daughter uses Dublin Bus for going to school every day. One day she left her school jumper on the bus and when she realised it was too late, the bus had driven off. She was in a state, crying her eyes out. When I calmed her down, I contacted Dublin Bus lost property, they said that they will pass a message on to the driver, and they did and we collected the jumper the next day in O’Connell Street. Brilliant service. She never left her jumper on the bus again. ... Read more...

THEY FOUND MY PHONE! I was slightly intoxicated one night on the bus, and needless to say I was mortified when I had to ring the next day enquiring about my phone! However, they were more than helpful and sympathetic, and the nice driver had handed it in! They seem to be great, honest people who actaully care about you finding your belongings.... Read more...

I'm going to give Dublin Bus Lost Property 5 stars because of the sheer relief when I found out they had my phone, which I had dropped down the side of a bus seat but didn't notice til I was off the bus and the bus had left. I had to go to Lost Property which is in the same building as the Dublin Bus canteen for the bus drivers. When you go into the building there's a hatch on the right hand side, this is where you go to collect your lost property. Bear in mind there is a 2euro charge when... Read more...
