Generally only listen to this Station ion the morning and the evening as they broadcast live from the traffic control centre in Dublin and have access to all the traffic cameras and let you know where the blackspots are. Find the morning hard to listen to and would only listed for a very short while but John Neary (Wacker as i call him) is excellent in the evning and you could listen tohim all the way home.... Some friends of mine were involved with Dublin City FM and I've actually been in the studios a few times too and I must say it's very impressive; it's all very professionally done, doesn't sound in anyway amateur and a lot of the DJs and producers work here for their love of radio or because of a genuine interest in the topics that are being discussed, they all work on a voluntary basis. Excellent Community Radio Station

Having spent a year presenting a show as a hobby during 4th year, I am more familiar with 103.2 Dublin City FM (Formerly Anna Livia 103.2 FM) than I am with other stations. As a community station, it's completely voluntary, run by people giving up their free time. The shows cover a variety of tastes, including music, sport, current affairs, culture etc. The station gives opportunities also to people from abroad to broadcast a show for fellow ex-patriates living in Dublin, notably in the case of...
