Classic!
(08 June 2010)
by: L N. 5 out of 5
This is the classic Eason. It has a massive selection of books for everyone, and sells books that wouldn't be found in every bookstore. Also has a large range of stationary and arts and craft, magazines and school books. Prices can be great here, and always deals on, such as 3 books for 20euro etc. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Great to spend time here if waiting for someone, just to have a leisurely browse around.... Read more...

Anyone remember the kids play area that used to be upstairs? And there used to be a giant sun on the wall when you went up the escalator? Easons is great for books obviously, they have pretty much everything, and the place is really spacious so you're not bumping into people while you browse. They also do a huge range of magazines in this branch, pretty much any magazine you can think of really - I pick up all the American fashion magazines here. The staff are generally very helpful if you're... Read more...

How could you not love Tower on the top floor!
(30 April 2010)
by: Jenny M. 5 out of 5
I am a book shop fiend. I love all book shops, just walking in and getting that smell of new (and sometimes old) books never fails to cheer me up and make me smile. Normally, I wouldn't rate Easons, any branch, on a par with Waterstones or Hodges Figgis but this one will always get five stars! For starters the selection of books, magazines and newspapers must be one of the best in the city. But this big superstore also incorporates the other two things that I enjoy shopping for the most-... Read more...

Fab

by: Erin F. 4 out of 5
This is the only Easons I've been to in Dublin and it's pretty impressive! It's very big and spacious and everything is very well categorised. The stationary section has everything anyone needs really and there's a wide variety of greetings cards. It's also a great place to buy school books and revision books. Also there's always good offers on so it's not that expensive either. If anything it can be cheaper than most bookshops.... Read more...

Easy easons!
(06 April 2010)

Easons on O'Connell street is one of my favourite places in Dublin. It has every book you would dream of reading and the surroundings are perfect to do so. They have a great selection of art supplies also which is prices quite reasonably!they clearly outline the best sellers, so it makes them easily accessable and you dont have to waste time trawlling around the entire shop!the shop in general is very big and also offers books with help for students of leaving cert and junior certificates,... Muse Cafe service and stale pastries bad
(28 March 2010)
by: Sue O. 2 out of 5
Love the comfort of seating and variety of it in Muse but twice lately the service has been slow (only one person on counter at busy lunchtime) - you can live with that if you have patience - worse was the serving of stale tastleless hard scones and a hard croissant. Yesterdays bake is one thing - older than that is just not acceptable. Pity because the cafe is convenient and seating is great.... Read more...

Best Eason
(17 March 2010)
by: Roxanne B. 4 out of 5
I like this Eason's so much more than other Easons. It is absolutely HUGE so it really meets all of your book, stationery, art supplies and news agents needs. There is a large newsagents, a HUGE selection of books, an entirely floor dedicated to stationery, art supplies and gifts, and last time I was there, there was even a nice cafe. The place is spacious and well laid out and functionally it ticks all the boxes. The building itself is lovely so it's a nice place to wander around in.... Read more...
