We popped in after a shopping trip, starving, found the place a bit c cramped as we had the kids with us, but the service was efficient...i reckon they want to get customers in and out...possibly why the staff are a little over attentive.... the price is a bit higher than other cafes around. But all in all it wasnt the worst exp. i have ever had ... Read more...

Harrys is located in Dunlaoghaire and is a nice casual cosy place to go for something to eat. Nice coffee and gorgeous cakes. Harry's special breakfast is very good value and served from early morning and excellent value for about €6. Nice busy little cafe and a good choice on the Menu they now sever a Dinner menu and this also very good value. Service is very good staff nice and friendly. Worth a visit either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.... Read more...

This cafe is always a nice place to go when your guarenteed good food. I was on a recent fishing trip in Dunlaoirie which started quiet early. I was freezing cold and decided to go in here for a breakfast. The service was great, there was no waiting for a table and my order was taken straight away, mins later my tea and toast was dropped down and a paper. Fry came down to me and was lovely, I would highly recemmend going for a fry, got a free top up on the tea... Read more...

My friend lives in dunlaoghaire and we meet in Harrys for breakfast at the weekend. It's always so busy and sometime we have to wait for a table. The food is really nice and I like the decoration. It also services nice lunches. The place is always packed with locals. It's perfect for filling up on breakfast before hitting the shops.... Read more...

Count me out, Harry

I had lunch here once, lured by the appealing décor and varied menu. I had a chicken and avocado salad, which I don't think should be masquerading as a proper meal. The chicken looked as if it had been hacked at by a semi-conscious chef, stringy shards scattered accross the plate. It was served with a ramekin of metallic-tasting brown sauce, a rather incongruous accompaniment to such ingredients. The waitress was very nice, but that doesn't make up for money misspent. It's one of those... Read more...

Yummy brunch!

(17 November 2009)

This was our second visit to have brunch on a sunday morning followed by a walk on the pier. Both times we have thoroughly enjoyed the food - I think they have a smaller menu now as there seemed less options. I remember being overwhelmed last time by the choice. There is still plenty to choose from and everyone will find something to enjoy. Think it came to just over E20 for 2 big breakfasts with drinks. The service is prompt and very friendly. Really can't fault this place at all!... Read more...
