Holland and Barrett are probably the best local Health Food store around. They stock several supplements and foods suitable to my diet, that I am unable to find anywhere else. Staff are always extremely helpful in finding anything you are looking for. I save loads after signing up for their loyalty card which I use to collect points from my purchases both instore and online. i just love holland ad barrett for all the supplements they sell and a great price too,my daughter suffers bad with dry skin and i found their naturterm ceam a great buy made such an improvement to her skin and not expensive at all,they sell aloe vera gel too which can be taking as a drink for intestinal health or you can get the gel to apply to all sorts or skin problems,great product at a great price too.... Holland and Barrett.s Health Food Stores are in my humble opinion one of the best health stores in the city;. They stock most special dietary foods as well as vitamins and there is always some kind of deal to be had such as two for one. There is a great selection of honey, molasses etc. The staff are well trained and helpful. If they haven't got something in stock they will try to get it for you in one of their other stores. this place is in a good spot when your out shopping and remeber you need vitamins and so on. if you go in and are unsure what to buy the staff are very helpful and can advise you what each product does to promote good health and so on. they also sometimes have a 1 cent sale where if you buy one item you get the second item for 1 cent which is a good bargain. i have tried many products form this store, not sure if any worked..but hey!... I like Holland and Barrett as the vitamins and supplements are almost guaranteed to be cheaper then the leading brand. Usually they have really good offers on aswell such as buy one get one half price, buy one get one for one cent and Mega Deals which offer products a half price or less. I do no like however how the staff try to sell you a load of stuff, I understand this is probably he way they are trained but I feel I come out with a lot of items I do not actually need! l find Holland And Barratt a brilliant shop. The do great deals and you can get great bargains here lt is worth stocking up when the sales are on. Last year they had a half-price sale on all items.l stocked up on everything that l would need for the family vitamin wise etc. They also have great deals of natural skincare, its brilliant and chemical free. this has always been my all time favourite shop for supplements and and healthy things . the most fantastic thing about this shop are the deals . Holland and Barrett always do a 3 for 2 deal or a buy one and get the next one for 1cent . that is really fantastic value . i usually get my creatine from here because of the value and the quality of the creatine . the size and layout of the shop is always appealing and is always neat and tidy . i would recommend this shop to absolutely anybody .... Holland and barrett is a great shop for all your supplements!. they always have great offers on like 3 for 2.the staff are VERY helpful with their knowledge on the products. the shops seems to be always quiet which is great to have a real look. everything is layed out very clearly.alot of my freinds get protein shakes here for the gym all top brands.well worth a visit if your in to all your supplements to catch a deal. ... I like this shop, and they do great deals from time to time. I am a bit of a supplement junkie and love going into Holland & Barrett for my fix of vitamins and with some of their deals they are almost giving them away. I got some evening primrose oil capsules, read a bit about how good they are, only thing is I am eating like a pig. You can keep the echinacea never found it any good. The staff are great and will help you out with whatever questions you may have.... Read more...

Large selection and good offers

This Holland and Barrett is quite big which means that they have an excellent selection. I frequently go in for herbal teas as they have one of the biggest selections in here that I have seen anywhere. I also love their rice crackers, banana chips and apple rings. Everytime I go in there I end up picking a copy of Healthy magazine which is packed full of information and advice on different remedies. I always enjoy reading it. Great shop to get all your healthy food needs and vitamins nuts and other stuff. The one in Grafton Street has loads of things that you think you need and maybe you do. I have the vitamin E capsules, the calcium tablets, the echinacea and loads more vitamins for my hair, nails etc. in my kitchen press and I keep forgetting to take them. Ok but expensive

Holland and Barrett sell all types of vitamins, minerals and supplements. They are also really popular with bodybuilders and people into sports nutrition. They sell whey protein and protein bars as well as energy gels. They're doing a 3 for 2 sale at the moment on a lot of their products.
