I was so sorry to read bad reviews on here and felt compelled to write one as I had the best customer service from Hugz Baby Store. Not only was the travel system we ordered fantastic value for money but it was delivered when promised. The Customer service team were extremely helfpul and nothing but courteous! I would not hesitate to use Hugz Baby Store in the future and also recommend highly yo friends! Please don' be put off by these bad reviews! Give them a go...I am REALLY REALLY glad... Read more...

This was the worst online ordering experience I've ever had! I ordered an 'in stock' buggy in February, payment was taken the same day. I then emailed the sales team to check when the item would be shipped as we needed it fairly soon. Nothing back for 3 days, no delivery info, nothing. Emailed again (cc'd all dpts), again nothing back. Emailed again and 3 days later got an email saying the colour I ordered was out of stock would I take a different colour. Worst internet purchasing experience ever

Ordered online, took payment in less than a day. Then wrote me an email, stating that delivery would be weeks away. I wrote back to them 4 times, they never replied. I phoned them WELL OVER 100 TIMES, and they never answered the phone, ever. Had my brother team up with me on it, and he found out when goods were going to come into stock, so picked up pram rather than wait additional time for delivery. Staff Issues!

Have been to this shop on a few occassions and every time I have left dissatisfied with the level of staff knowledge on products. On one occasion I had to ring the manufacturer myself to find out if a product was suitable for my needs after explaining in detail to the shop - then when I tried returning product they were very unhelpful and I just found they could train their staff more! ... Brilliant and well priced

Love this shop so much they always have quirky little things that nobody else has their prices are reasonable and best thing is you can buy online and get it delivered. I bought my godson's high-chair here and it is brilliant everyone comments on how cool it is. But it is also very practical it swivel's and clips off. I will certainly be using them again!... brilliant for first timers

this shop struck me as a fabulous store for first time parennts in particular. they stock a wide variety of brands from graco to tomy and the staff are most knowledgeable about the different products on offer here. its a really great first stop too if you are looking for something in particular. especially if its something along the lines of a travel system that you might be more comfortable buying after a demonstration.... I only found out about Hugz babystore last week after months of shopping around checking prices. My mom had the leaflet she had picked up in our local shop that gave 10% off everything. So I had to check it out before I made up my mind on what I was getting. The shop is on the Naas Rd beside the Green Isle Hotel and I genuinely never knew it was there. Great range of nursery furniture, only down the road!

have to say i really like this shop, i thought i was going to be dragged around all day looking at baby shops but this was the 2nd one we went to but we looked no further, they had a great range of baby furniture so we bought a moses basket and stand for downstairs and a swinging crib for upstairs. we also got a Graco travel system with a base for the car. now that took the hassle out of shopping for us. We'll be back to get a cot in a few months.... Read more...

Modest Exterior, Very spacious modern interior with lots of baby stuff with great deals.

I came across an ad for Hugz babystore while flicking through ModernMum magazine in the doctors surgery. I then mentioned this to my sister who was pregnant at the time, we both went looking for it as the ad said the store was based on the Naas Road, Dublin, beside the Green Isle Hotel. So its in a very good location for us living in Lucan.
