I'm a big fan of this cab company and always use them when going to the airport. I've found them to be completely reliable - they've always been a few minutes early and they don't start the meter until you're actually in the car. There's no call-out fee, which means that it's the same price as hailing a taxi on the street, without all of the standing around in the cold having your hair ruined! V good - esp with kids

We have used these guys a few times going to the airport and they are excellent. The fella on the radio in the central office is always very helpful and very polite and seems to keep things very well organised. The main reason we used them initially is because we had heard they provide child seats - this saves a whole load of hassle when you are going on holidays and don't want to lug car seats with you. I have to say anytime i ring kcr taxis and get a prompt good afternoon or whether it be evening to get a good evening is always lovely to hear so polite. especially a lad called darren who could keep you on the phone talking for ages he,s so nice. But friendly he always is. I know the others to talk to but i love to ring and get Darren. I,ve got abut 50 taxi,s roughly from kcr and have only had 1 bad experience and that sticks in my head because it was a big red ugly van but i,ve never got him... Read more...

I have to review these guys again as I yet again got this amazing taxi driver who was extremely polite and a pleasure to drive with. The whole experience from this taxi company is so superior to any other. Definitely worth a try.... Read more...

You never really know what to expect when you ring a taxi company and who they are going to send out. KCR dropped leaflet in door on friday, so given that I was heading to barbie I decided to give them a buzz. Ringing on a friday evening at 7pm I expected a bit of a wait, but thankfully our doorbell was ringing 10 mins later.
