Was Christmas shopping last week and at the end of a long day headed in here for dinner at 6pm, it was packed, no tables available without a booking, was very dissappointed as have eaten here before and food is great, asked if we could just use the bathroom before we headed of, no problem of course and low and behold on the way out host stopped us and said we could have a table, a couple had just left but he would need it back in an hour, we grabbed it, order was taken promptly and delivered... This is a very sleek restaurant that would be ideal for sophisticated gatherings or celebrations. For €50 you can get a cocktail master class and dinner which I think is fantastic value.I came here for lunch a few times with my mother and we had the thai green curry which was delicious, they use the sticky rice and present it in a round ball shape, its such a creamy and delicious meal and begs to be served with a bottle of chilled white wine for maximum enjoyment.... went for a cocktail making class. was great fun and learned a lot especially about mojitos and cosmos. bar staff very funny and friendly. was also dining in the restaurant and got a private area as it was a party. beautiful restaurant decor is just fab. Not mad about asian food but was happy with my choice of meal. cocktails are the redeeming feature for me though! ... Read more...

Beautiful restaurant and bar area. The cocktails are to die for, yes a bit on the expensive side but worth it for the quality. The food is just okay. For me its about the private booths I love this idea and you can hide away for hours. The staff are wonderful and will help you in anyway they can they are very attentive. You need to reserve a table as you won't get one from just walking off the street, learnt this the hard way.... Read more...

An excellent Thai restaurant slap bang in the middle of the Italian quarter. I’d walked past this place hundreds of times without paying attention but then I started to hear great things about it. I’ve been there a few times for dinner now, the food is excellent but we made a mistake by getting starters as the main course portions are huge (and we have very big appetites!). The front area of the restaurant is like a New York style restaurant where you can sit at the bar and get a... Read more...

Nice place and tasty meals. A bit pricey!

This restaurant has my favorite meal " Koh Rice" which I found really tasty and recommend to people to try. The meals price is pretty expensive. However, if you don't book and just walk in to get a table it might be painful. I had an experience which I had to wait for almost 2 hours. The waitress in the front lounge are helpless. So I would recommend to book in advance to get a table for dinner. ... Read more...

Had heard good reviews so thought I would give it a go. Its very nice and swanky inside...dimly lit and nice atmosphere. Our table wasnt ready yet so we sat at the bar, 20 minutes later we were sat in a little room, it was nice and quiet, however lack atmosphere so would have been nicer being in the main food. The food was delish and service was very good and reasonable priced. It is lovely and will go back but didnt live up to the hype.... Read more...

Bar/restaurant hybrid.

I have eaten here a number of times. The original impression I had when I entered the stylish, dimly lit premises was that it was a lounge bar of some sort, and not a restaurant. There are low, armchair-like seats and couches for guests to sit at while they eat, and a bar runs the length of the right wall when you come in. There is a back room as well, which is a lot more restaurant-like. The food, of Thai origin I believe, is extremely nice, and well presented, and not especially expensive.... Read more...

Visited last night for a friends hen do. Was a little dubious as I had never heard of the restaurant before but it was a well planned night! We arrived around 6pm for our cocktail class - there was 16 of us but we each got a turn (in groups of 8) to stand behind the bar a make 2 cocktails - a Cosmo and a Mojito. And of course we then got to drink them!!! Then it was on to dinner in a private room at the back of the restaurant - yummy yummy - not normally a fan of Thai as it doesn't agree with... i've eaten here twice - once in restaurant and once in bar area. on both occasions the food was excellent (if a bit pricey). 4 of us had a booth in the restaurant area in mid-december and despite the pre-christmas madness the staff did very well. they managed to rush our dessert when i mentioned we were heading to a show so were in a hurry. I visited again last week - just 2 of us so we took a table in the bar. it was a wednesday evening and we took our time - having our mains and desserts a... Read more...

Great food, service needs improving

The setting in Koh is done in such a way that it creates it's own atmosphere, the food was great with plenty to choose from and be warned the food can be very hot, the 3/5 chili dishes are extremely hot but beautiful. The service does need improving a small bit and I did think the service charge of 12.5% was a bit high.... Read more...
