like a treasure hunt

so there really is no comparing korkys to a place like BTs or Schuh when it comes to shoes. although i have to admit the place is like a little treasure hunt. my friend went there recently and bought a gorgeous pair of shoes that i would have assumed came from nine west or another pretigious shoe shop. it just goes to show that if you look properly, you'll find those little gems that every girl hankers after with the most obvious jealousy. and the quality is great and what i love most is that... I think when Schuh came in with their super-ranges of shoes, it really hurt Korkys' business. I would describe it as "similar to schuh, but smaller". I remember when the Grafton Street branch was the coolest shoe shop in Dublin. Now no one seems to really go here... they do have good sales from time to time, and I like that they're the only other stockist of Irregular Choice that I'm aware of in the city. What I like about korkys is the value coupled with quality you get. You can get a cool pair of casual shoe/runners for under €50, which should last you atleast 2 years, unlike the rubbish you can buy elsewhere lasting 6 months. The selection of shoes and runners are quiet limited, but the style of what they have is sufficient. I've been to a few shoe shops in dundrum now, and I generally keep gravatating back here. ... Best Shop In Dundrum for Shoes

Went looking for a nice pair of cool shoes a few weeks back in Dundrum. If the shoes were not over priced they were of poor quality, while some designs were absolutely awful...texas ranges style... Anyway I finally ended up in Korkys on level 2, which I must admit had a limited selection, but what they had were on the money in terms of style, price and seize.
