As far as leisure plex's go this place is not one of my top choices it could really do with being updated. They ahve a bowling alley, childrens play area, ice skating, pool/snooker area and also lots of slot machines, the kids seem to like it though but to me it just seems dirty and smelly, there is a cafe onsite but to be honest I wouldnt eat the food out of it you would get better quality in the burger king in the car park. its also beside the UCI cinema.... Could do with a clean

Nothing much here at all apart from bowling. It's really dirty and run down it needs a full make over. There is an entrance charge of €1 at the door. It's very dark and dirty too here is a couple of teddy machines and games at the door. They have Quasar upstairs and its €10 Monday to Friday and €12 Saturday and Sunday. Don't eat the food here its disguising and way over priced too. Keep your money and go to the cinema next door.... Read more...

very disappoined

Have visited this place many times over the last few years, mainly for birthday partys, went again recently and was very disappointed, if I hadn't promised the kids I'd have walked back out. The first thing is the smell, it just smells dirty, probably because it is, the staff, while quite nice and friendly are only kids and obviously haven't been trained properly. Bowling!

I used to really like this place it was a great evening out and it was something different to do. The place used to get a good crowd and it was a fun experience. Latley however i feel the place has become very dirty and run down it is in bad need of a face lift and redecorating and a good clean! a huge dissappointment

I was so dissappointed with my last trip here for a game of bowling. Its has turned into a dirty kip. Back in the day this place was fantastic and I used to love coming here right up to my early 20's. I took my son and a couple of his friends here recently for a game of bowling and I could tell even by the look on my sons face that he wasnt impressed. He did enjoy the bowling though. I think this place needs an overhaul. It is quite dirty and the equipment is old. However the kids don't seem to notice and they actually love it. As it is close to us we go from time to time but would go somewhere else if there was another option. They have specials sometimes on the back of till receipts and these work out at good value. this place used to be good back in the days when it wasnt filthy dirty!!!! its good that its right next door to the uci so it woould be nice to go for a game of bowling after a film if the place were not so run down! im not mad on here as it is usually really busy and you cant really just flit around the games the way you can in the stillorgan one. its alright to come here if your really stuck but you wouldnt want to be at all on a budget with the prices for what your getting.... Extortionate Bowling prices

Overall this is not a bad place. Its good to have a facility like this outside of the city centre (cinema, bowling Quazar etc). I went here not so long ago with my boyfriend and my little sister and was shocked at the price of bowling!! Its unreal how much they expect you to pay to throw balls down an alley- and I wouldn’t be going back to play in a hurry unless the prices improved or i had a voucher- it is good tho. ... ok but not special

I've been here a few times to have some fun bowling or play snooker, mostly for fun, not a competition or something. Had the luck of going there when they had some discount, 2 games for the price of one if I well remember, or lower price for couples, so it wasn't that bad. The place itself looks somewhat weird, dark, they could renovate it, make it bit more modern maybe. And there's no need to charge 1 euro fee at the entrance, it's like charging 1 euro fee when going to cinema. It's good for... Read more...

Back when I was a chiseler, Leisureplex on the Malahide Road was where you had your birthday party, or where you'd be brought to on a school trip. In fact, I think that for the first three years of my secondary school education, Leisureplex was the only place we were ever brought (isn't education supposed to be about broadening your horizons?) Will not be back

Had the misfortune of bringing a group of kids to this place a couple of weekend ago. They enjoyed the bowling but apart from that the place has nothing to offer. One side of the building is devoted to pool/snooker and slot machines - it is dirty and dingy and definitely needs a makeover. The food on offer was terrible as well as overpriced.
