This McD's looks great since they have refurbished the restaurant & added the McCafe to the area also... Im not really a fan of McD's but the coffee in the cafe is great esp the flatwhites & cakes look nice too, so I dont mind taking the kids there... It also has loads of parking & the staff are really nice, Ive never had any probs with them at all... What is it with the toilets in these places tho? For the amount of people that eat there the toilets could be nicer & more... Read more...

makeover

Since the makeover to the McCafe I think McDonalds looks very good indeed. Food is still the same but a coffee and pastry cafe to the side of where you order your burgers. Much nicer and with free wifi lovely for relaxing enjoying something to eat and browsing the net. I think it is frequented by a different slightly older crowd now since the makeover and it is good to see. Spotlessly clean as always.... Read more...

Love McDonalds... but always end up hungry an hour later although still go. Brilliant with a hangover. They should bring in free refills like they have in the states. Also I wish they would do quater pounder delexe all the time. Sometimes they do this for me with out a problem but sometimes you get someone who won't. Only other thing is I wish there was a one here me! Bring McDonalds out to me...... Read more...

Mcdonalds in the stillorgan shopping centre is quite a large outlet with plenty of seating, i have never had to wait to get a table to sit down. There is obviously loads of car parking outside the front door. I very rarely go to the stillorgan shopping centre anyway, as i find it very run down and dont like any of the shops there, other than the odd few, but one of the few good outlets is this mcdonalds restaurant. McDonalds is McDonalds or so I thought. The new Mccafe is so cool and stylish. I frequent this one in Stillorgan a lot. It is clean, the staff are friendly and food is good. I suppose McDonalds is pretty much the same everywhere and this particular franchise is no different. Im no great fan of the food to be honest as I find it just very poor quality but I guess its a good place to bring the sprogs and keep them quiet for a while. I must admit to liking the eurosaver menu though and the mcflurrys/sundaes are lovely to have when leaving the nearby cinema.... Read more...

This new look McDonalds is great at 4 am on the way home and great at 4pm with the kids (as a treat). The staff are usually very nice. Ive been there a few times and its been a bit dirty, but usually its quite good. Especially now that its got a make-over. Unless its peak shopping time you will generally get parking. I'm not so sure about the McCafe angle. While I'd be tempted by a big mac if I want to go for a coffee I'd go to O'Briens, which is also in the same shopping centre. As... Read more...

Even though I pass this restaurant regularly I seldom visit it. It's only when you get the longing for a Big Mac that I will visit. I had noticed that this McDonalds had been refurbished and turned in to a Mc Cafe outlet. It looked nice from the outside, with a few more silver haired people availing of a coffee than used to be the case. I just think there are so many nicer, healthier places to eat than Mc Donalds and they are the same price. i would much prefer a healthy sandwich than what Mc D's offer. Their food is ok now and again if you are in the mood for it but it certainly isn't somewhere i would go to every week. This wouldn't be my choice of venue, but it is what it is. Staff are businesslike, they are there to serve as quick as possible. The food is dreadful, I could only stomach it at 3am after a bucket load of beer. The food is very cheap though, you can pick up a burger for one euro. So you can imagine the quality in that. First and foremost, I mustadmit that I LOVE a good mcdonalds! I dont think that this restaurant was particulary the best brand of Macca D's. as I found the tables to be dirty, staff couldn't understand me properly and service slow, but the food was nice! I think it seems to get bsy often so maybe not the best place to bring the afamily- it gets stresful. I would try a different branch, but that food...... Read more...

I have used this McDonalds many times and have been happy enough with service and quality of food, no matter what country you go to for a McDonalds it always taste the same.Situated in Stillorgan Shopping Centre.
