I have used this store on 3 different occassions and every time i wonder why i even bothered. the staff are not helpful, chew gum when speaking to you and are generally rude. They are constantly on their own mobiles texting and do not give you their full attention. I dont go here anymore..instead i go to the carphone warehouse which is under the same roof. Maybe new staff in the meteor store may eventually change my mind.... Read more...

I couldn't agree more with the review above. This store really does offer excellent service - the staff are always eager to help and quick to approach. They make a real effort to answer your questions and they really sell the Meteor products well. They demonstrate phones, detail tariffs from the magazines and make sure they really find something which will suit you. I get the impression that they are happy to spend any amount of time with a customer.... Read more...

Best Service in a Meteor Store In Cork

This Meteor shop has the best service of any in Cork by far. The staff are all knowledgeable and very helpful. The shop doesn't have the best selection of phones but the staff go out of their way to demonstrate phones to customers and to help you find whatever you're looking for.
