Bought a phone here recently. No problems with them in-store whatsoever. The manager was extremely helpful and professional. As were the other staff. While I was there, some very temperamental customers came into the shop and I found that the staff dealt with them very calmly and professionally. Solving any problems that came their way. Do not let Meteor add broadband to your mobile phone contract/account! Because even if you pay your phone bill at a premium rate for over one and a half years, if you wish to return the internet dongle within the trial period to get out of the contract, and it happens to have broken before you return it, they will put you through absolute hell for five full months, cutting off your phone and re-activating it each month, promising you that cancellation fees on the broad band will be waived... staff are great in this store. really helpful and know about all the different phones. its good to be able to look around in peace they wont annoy you unless you genuinely need help and dont pressure you. really good service!... Read more...
