Milanos is a chain of restaurants with places all over the city and this one is located in Ballsbridge. It is easy to get to on public transport or even by walking. It is a fairly short walk from the south side to here if you're in the mood. The restaurant itself is lovely, wijth a great range of food and the prices are very competitive. The staff are excellent and always serve me well (although I normally feel obliged to tip decently with this quality of service). Finish the night off with... Read more...

I was here for lunch last week, and I arrived early (I was meeting a friend) and so asked could I wait before ordering, and they were very friendly and helpful, got me a glass of water and left me with the menu's until after my friend arrived, and didn't put any pressure on me. The menu was quite good, nice range of stuff - pasta, pizza, salad etc, each course was about 13eur+, however they have a lunch deal where you can have a starter and main off a set menu for about 13/14euro which was... I love pizza but have to say Milano's isn't worth the money. Yes the pizza is nice, but so are the ones from the freezer. To be honest I think they are way overpriced. Lunchtime seems to be busy enough in there though always. If you get your hands on some vouchers then they are worth a visit - full price, not really. The restaurant itself and the staff are very nice. In the summer you can sit outside as well which is lovely (well, when the sun decides to come out that is)... Read more...

I love pizza and Milano's is one of my favourite pizza restaurants. They have a good selection on the menu and you can also add or change toppings. they have a few pasta dishes too but i always opt fot the pizza. the service is very quick and so it is handy to pop into for a quick meal. The pizza's are reasonably priced and they are very filling. They have lovely desserts too.... Read more...

This is a lovely Milano restaurant all the Milano restaurants serve more or less the same food but this restaurant is decorated differently. It is always very bust at the weekends as i think alot of people go there after work. I love the food here as with all milano restaurants, they serve pizza, salads and a great lasagne. They also have beautiful desserts and the wine list is very good too.... Read more...

We went here for our office Xmas party. The menu was great value at around €20 pp. Although the choices were limited on the menu. The staff were friendly and the service was good. I would go back again but not with such a large group.... Read more...

This is the only restaurant chain where I would actually go in and order pizza(I love italian food but am not fond of pizza and seldom eat it). However, this place has restored my faith in pizza - they have so many varieties, the 'thin crust' specialities by their chef ('Francesco's Specials) are particularly mely-in -the mouth and very tasty. Staff are efficient and polite ,the decor modern and charming, and there is a good atmosphere, aided by the fact that one side of it faces the canal.Nice... Read more...

This is my favourite Milano in Dublin. The interiors are somewhat more spacious and the building itself is nicer with warmer and more elegant decor. Service here is good, apart from one time where my friend and I waited OUTSIDE for 25 minutes before we had to come back in and ask someone to take our order- we didn't appreciate that. Food here is delicious and they do some of the best pizzas in Dublin, desserts are lovely too.... Read more...

Whenever I get back home I find myself with calling to call in, simply really good food served by very pleasant staff, it has never once disappointed. The prices are very reasonable IMO, especially when compared to some of the more worn out restaurants nearby with the exception of the expresso bar. ... Read more...
