The shop in Jervis is small, but i like that they have a petit section, sometimes they seem to always have the same kind of sequence, beaded tops which are really over priced, but they do have nice pieces that some people may find pricey but the quality is better than other high street shops. They have nice earings etc that are often on 2 for 1 offer. Have got a few nice pieces from here but you arent always sure they will have nice clothes... Read more...

I used to love Miss Selfrige I thought it was one of those shops that always knew how to get it right. But in recent years they have really gone downhill, they seemed to have stopped listening to what's in trend, and are now becoming more about making what they think should be in style. The prices are a little more then they should be and to be honest the material isn't that great quality. miss selfridge's used to be huge, as in everyone shopped there. but in recent times it has seemed to decline quite a bit especially with new stores like forever 21 moving to ireland. and i can see why its being left behind with its average clothes and average quality its easy forgotten. there stuff can also be pricy at times especially when there are better alternatives out there... Not as good as it used to be

I used to buy loads of clothes from Miss Selfridge and now I can never find anything in there - I don't think it's because I'm older! Lots of the clothes I bought there ten years ago are still in my wardrobe and worn on a regular basis. Nowadays their stock is far too high fashion and trendy - in a year's time it will be out of fashion. It's also not flattering to anyone who's above about a size eight and the prices are very expensive considering that it appears to be aimed at a teenage market.... Read more...

This shop is just ok. i never really buty anything in here but for some reason i always pop in for a look around. i have nioticed that the staff here always have nice clothes on them that are from the shop but they don't look as good on me. they are not very cheap either and the quality of somethings are very bad. they do have all the latest styles and trends and it is a busy shop.... This is a really good miss selfridge shop it is quite big and stocks a good selection of clothes. I like their work pants especially the black ones they are a good cut and you can wear them with a shirt or jumper and they always look well. I do find sometimes that their clothes are small fitting so its best to try on I usuall go a size up in their clothes. They do some lovely going out dresses.... Read more...

im a very big miss selfridge fan for going out clothes, i think they just do really pretty stuff! the student discount is really good too as the stuff can work out dear when its so hard to stop grabbing things off the rails that you like! the quality is great in the clothing too, it really does last for ages. they do lovely underwear too and usually have some pretty good deals on the pants. its great that its beside topshop and dorothy perkins too!... I used to not care so much for this shop, but lately, I've REALLY got into their style. Loads of dresses, and loads of florals. This pleases me. They've basically got everything that is ultra in right now. The denims, the lace, the bubble skirts, the bodycon dresses... and they have every pattern you could ever really want. Great Jewellery!

My favourite items in Miss Selfridge are always in the jewellery section. I have got some amazing earrings here that everyone has commented on. Clothes are nice, always a bit like other highstreet stores, in that they stock all the current trends. Another thing about this shop is that it sells young casual clothes, quirky clothes and also some dressy clothes you could wear to work. Student discount is a big plus!... Read more...

bring it back to the Southside

I was gutted when the Miss Selfridge store on Grafton Street closed down as I'm rarely over on the northside so it's a treat when I get to visit this shop now. They have a great range of casual and dressy clothes - and their sizes are pretty generous too, I fit into a size smaller than I am in their jeans. Fab range of accessories and jewellery, it's impossible to just buy one thing. Their sale is pretty good too if you get there on the first few days, I've found some little gems for nothing on... I’m probably a little bit out of the Miss Selfridge target market but you’ll have to drag me kicking and screaming after seeing what’s on offer this season. Very different looks, one’s all california sunshine and Gucci/Burberry Prorsom hair with bold prints, lots of layers and a distinct youthful fun feel to it. Ah I remember when Miss Selfridge opened in Dublin. I'm that old. Sure we didn't know ourselves with all that English Highstreet fashion. Miss selfridge is aimed at women from their teens to thirties and is generally quite girly. Lots of dresses and florals, paricularly at the moment.
