Mooz is one of a number of confectionery/ sweet shops that have opened up in the city in the last year or so. Each have there own style but normally fairly similar product offerings. Mooz makes milkshakes with blended sweets/chocolate, milk and ice-cream and are reasonably priced. They have a range of pick and mix from modern delights to some old classics. The sweets cost €1.50 per 113g which is pretty reasonable. There is a small place inside to sit and get a hot drink. A coffee will set... Read more...

This place is excellent - you have to visit! You can pick any chocolate bar that you want and have it turned into a milkshake. 3.50 for a large is perhaps a little expensive, however as a treat I dont mind sheeling out that much for such a delicious milkshake. I saw this place on the Dragon's Den. Fair play - I think it is a lovely shop and a great idea for a store. The selection of treats on offer is simply out of this world. I was literally like a kid in a candy store in here. I will definitely be abck and next time I'm bringing my friends with me to relive our youth. I hope the shop is still going strong and that these people get to expand and spread the word about boiled sweets and ancient treats.... Read more...

Pretty much like an earlier incepted milkshake bar that opened off Henry Street - a myriad of flavours of milkshake on offer here, all tasting very nice I'm sure, but the couple of samples I've had were quite tasty and I would stop in again. Can't recall how competitively they were priced but it seemed okay at the time. I didn't purchase any boiled sweets on offer but looked appealling. ... Read more...
