Not as bad as others seem to think

As this is not my network I have only ever gone here to get credit as gifts for friends and relatives birthdays. I have always found the staff here to be ok and helpful if you asked any questions about their accessories which on a few occasions I bought again as gifts. I found the service good from my limited number of visits. It is certainly a very busy shop but then every shop on Grafton Street is any time you shop there.... Read more...

I wasn't very happy about this store. I got a present of an mp3 playter that was purchased in this store and had nothing but trouble with it. Found that the staff were really unhelpful and they sent the item back to be fixed for me it took about 2 months for it to be returned. They also put a large white sticker on it when it was been repaired and the staff handed it back to me with white sticker still on back. when i pointed out to them it couldnt be removed without leaving a big sticky... I've recently bought a phone for a present from this shop.Staff helped me out alot for what they needed ( dont know much about phones). Staff told me of the new deals etc before making a decission.Prices werent bad either,got some free credit as a bonus !... Read more...

i have been in here a couple of times and to be honest the place is like a circus! they seem to be inderstaffed and the ones who are there arent worth the time talking to! they are all FAR too laid back and pretty unhelpful to be honest!! none of them seem to care, so either they are on a hgih enough wage , not offering commission, or else they purely done give a sh**e! not a good look for such a major brand!... Sorted Problem With My BlackBerry

My BlackBerry is like an essential body part , particularly as I am out of the office a lot and need to deal with office emails. Had a problem with accessing internet and sending emails , and popped in here on way home (I have an O2 monthly plan).This happened before and it was effectively dealt with then (very efficiently ) in another O2 outlet I had to wait about 3 minutes as all the staff were busy with other customers. Im not actually with o2, but i went in there with my sister a while ago! herself and her boyfriend are with o2 and they were considering getting iPhones! firstly it took the guy ages to come to us and then when he did, even though they were considering making a relatively large purchase, he didnt seem botheresd! bit of a waste of space!... amazing staff

I recently purchased a Blackberry from this particular store and I honestly can't sing more praises about the staff, they are wonderful! I was served almost immediately after I walked in to the store, all my questions were answered, they talked me through my contract options and the guy who served me even set everything up for me and showed me how to use it. I work in retail myself and I see that people are always so quick to criticise, but I think that good experiences need to be highlighted... Read more...

The o2 experience shop was the place I bought my first ipod, about 5 years ago now. I remember being a fiver short and them letting me have it, I was estatic lol! The staff were lovely here as they had to order in the pink one for me and rang me when it was in. This shop is really small and never seems busy so don’t know how much longer it will be open for. Following on from my poor experience at the bottom end of the street I thought I would give the other end a go. What a mistake. These guys are clowns. The service is appalling - essentially O2 have put in undertrained students to run their shops. It is not really the staff's fault but the fault of the management who put these poor unfortunates in to work. These shops are always busy - it is one of the busiest shopping streets in the country - the staff should be able to handle the pressure... Read more...
