Fantastic charity!

My mam was looked after by the home care team when she was dying with cancer. She was treated with compassion and respect. I dont know how we would have coped without the staff. They also offer counselling services. The light up a life christmas tree is a fantastic event and a great opportunity to support this vital service.... Read more...

My brother spent his last days in Our Ladys Hospice in Harolds Cross. It was very tough seeing him die but the staff in the hospice took great care of him and made his last days as comfortable as possible. There was a counsellor there to speak to us and were concerned also for our well being. I would always support their fundraising events. Their Light up a Life is a remembrance and reflection event that lights up the grounds of Our Lady's Hospice each year during December where you can sponsor... Read more...

i think until put into such a situation it is impossible to fully comprehand.i lost my father with cancer last year.it was really sad but he was getting so weak and it was time for us to say goodbye.at christmas we received a card that really meant a lot.each december at haroldscross they erect a tree which they light up. each candle represents someone and my fathers name was on one.it stayed lit up, up to and all over christmas.people gather around and a choir sing christmas carols for the...
