Healthy smoothies!

Popped in here the last day while wandering around Galway shopping and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with this shop. I had seen it before but had never thought about going into it until I glanced at the menu outside. They have a huge selection of healthy smoothies made right in front of you and they're totally good for you too. The smoothies are delicious. This centrally located place does the most delicious juices and smoothies (obviously with its name!). The prices are very reasonable. Its fresh fast food that won't ruin your waistline. Love to load strawberries into my mix. They have a great selection to choose from, and the staff are very fast and efficent. This is one take-away you certainly won't have to feel quilty about!... I always love something that has a sweet taste but mostly things like that are loaded with sugar and calories. Not so the great juices you can have at this juice bar. You can have the most yummy fresh fruit drink which is nice and sweet and kills that craving for sugar and it is all 100% healthy and a selection of your favourite fruits. Yummy, healthy, quick and satisfying small smoothie and juice bar, just off Shop Street in Galway city centre. Lots of different options to choose from on the menu. Great for a nourishing snack. Great on a warm day!!

For about the same price as a butlers hot chocolate you can cool down in Summer with a lovely Juice or smoothie. I Love this place and it's really central as it's situated on Shop Street. They do a great range and when I was there last their smoothies are generally cheaper than the Zumo smoothie places. They do a mix of what ever fruit you like and the juices are cheaper than the smoothies. It's a very tasty way to get some of your 5 a day. I would highly recommend the Strawberry and Orange...
