Is there any training for customer service staff?
(01 March 2010)
by: Lynsey C. 1 out of 5
I actually think that staff training was cut in the Ryanair budget - probably to save having to charge for using the toilets!! I know it's a cheap airline, but manners really don't cost anything. I wouldn't mind paying so little if at least was served by a happy flight attendant or check in person. I know I've gone over my weight limit by 200g, but please try to refrain from looking at me as though I just killed your dog. And yes, my hand luggage is still on my lap, because there is no room... Customer Service & Ryanair Are A Contradiction In Terms!
(28 February 2010)
by: Nigel D. 1 out of 5
I rate the airline itself as good, because it is a cheap low cost carrier. However, they make no bones about their lack of customer service, and if you fly with them , it will be strictly on their terms, otherwise don't bother!. At check in , they will charge you a hefty fee for each kg baggage is overweight, and their luggage allowance is lower than some other airlines. Even the permitted size of the one bag you can bring on board is smaller than others (one bag means just that-if you... Read more...

The planes are crap seating is craped and overall a horrible experience. I also hate having to walk fecking miles to the plane grrr. I also hate the scramble for seats when the plane is boarding. I find the inflight service crap and paying to use the loo rediculous idea.... Read more...

Im sorry but there is actually no such thing as Ryanair customer service. Im not actually joking, it is non existent. Ryanair do not give a crap about you or your flight or where you are going or thefact that they took your money and gave you a crap service. Ryanair is probably the most successful business to come out of ireland in the last decade but that doesnt mean that i cant hate them with every bone in my body, please not not fly and if you do make sure you get an exit seat, if your tall... There must be a mistake...
(10 August 2009)
by: Tom H. 1 out of 5
Surely the words "Ryanair" and "Customer Service" don't belong in the same sentence? Granted the flights are cheap and you get there more or less in one piece... but customer service? The bad experiences are too numerous to mention but suffice to say that my better half was so traumatised by our last experience that it is taking all my resolve to persuade her to fly with them on a forthcoming trip to the UK. They must be the only business on the planet who can regularly... Read more...
