Is there any training for customer service staff?

I actually think that staff training was cut in the Ryanair budget - probably to save having to charge for using the toilets!! I know it's a cheap airline, but manners really don't cost anything. I wouldn't mind paying so little if at least was served by a happy flight attendant or check in person. I know I've gone over my weight limit by 200g, but please try to refrain from looking at me as though I just killed your dog. And yes, my hand luggage is still on my lap, because there is no room... Customer Service & Ryanair Are A Contradiction In Terms!

I find the inflight service crap and paying to use the loo rediculous idea.... Read more...

Im sorry but there is actually no such thing as Ryanair customer service. Im not actually joking, it is non existent. Ryanair do not give a crap about you or your flight or where you are going or thefact that they took your money and gave you a crap service. Ryanair is probably the most successful business to come out of ireland in the last decade but that doesnt mean that i cant hate them with every bone in my body, please not not fly and if you do make sure you get an exit seat, if your tall...
