The Sacre Coeur Hotel in Salthill just off the main street. The locals refer to this as "The Sack". This hotel used to be ok, but mainly catered for older groups and functions. The food is average - nothing fancy or spectacular but good wholesome food and decent sized portions. The hotel is really ran down however and is in need of a total overhaul and refurbishment.
