Pretty good toy store

This is a really good Symths store and also a good Toy Shop. The store is really central, well stocked with all the latest toys at pretty reasonable prices. The store is pretty well laid out on 2 floors and thankfully has 2 sets of stairs. It can get pretty busy from time to time. Certainly around christmas time. The staff are helpful and polite. One downfall is thieves. Of course not the shops fault at all. I was here on two occasions when police had to get involved at the doorway... Read more...

This toy store is massive so be carfeul with the kids, they will want everything. Its not just for kids either, there are games consoles, xbox, ps3, nintendos etc that you can mess about on while waiting for the wife to bring the kids around (joke). Staff seem quite friendly and eager to answer questions. They stock a massive range of toys, so you'll probably find what you are looking for. Great for Kids and Grown Ups!

This toystore is excellent. There's HEAPS of toys, an entire aisle dedicated to Lego and another one for toy cars and racetracks and teddies and dolls galore. The value is great, some of the deals are excellent, and the staff are friendly to boot. The kids will get a lot of great presents out of a store like this, and the grown-ups will have a lot of fun looking at all the shiny pretty toys. :D ... Read more...

I have started my Christmas shopping and although i have been in this store before i never really noticed the great value of this store. My daughter had asked for a specific toy and i went on line and looked up a number of places that sold this Lalaloopsy toy and i must say Smyths where the cheapest by far. A Great Toy Store

This Toy Store is HUGE! But unfortunately, due to proximity, the children in it are usually nightmares. The discounts are hugs when you find them and there are a lot of affordable toys, but you do have to deal with the hordes of screaming and crying children throwing tantrums. It's not as big as the one in Blanch, it could actually fit into that store, but you have everything you need and more in this store. Love smyths- I could spend hours in here and loads of money. They have the best selection of toys and cover all ages very well. They also have a very good website where you can check if a certain toy is in stock in a particular store-very useful. I have also found them to be the best value and often have many items reduced. i have to say besides argos this is one of the best places i enjoy going to get toys, especially christmas toys . i have to say i liked the way last year the company offer vouchers in return for any unwanted ,broken toys that they would take off your hands and donate if in good condition or recycle , it gave you even more reason to want to shop with them as they are giving you back something in return which is nice . there prices are good and they always have a good amount of stock in store so... Great location. If you can get a catalouge before you go so you are prepared. It follows a nice pattern where baby/toddle flows into boys flows into girls senctions, computer games and bikes /outdoor toys have their own section as well as nursery items, so if your going in buying for a particular child its easy to see whats available in the one section. This is one of the best toy shops. It is huge, well laid out and easy to navigate due to the wise aisles and the toys laid out in clear sections. Toys are stacked high and help is always at hand if something you want is too hight o reach. Prices are hard to beat. Unless you source the products abroad/online, you will not find cheaper. This Smyths is a clean and modern toyshop in the centre of Dublin city. They have all the latest toys that kids want and a large section of video games and consuls. Smyths has low prices and is a very functional toy store, however it misses out on any whimsicality that make a toy shop so exciting as a child. Where are the 20ft stuffed giraffes, the old railway sets, and large ships built out of Lego? This is where smyths misses the mark, it looks more like its build a a superstore for adult... Very good toy store!! good value compared to toymaster, always have plenty of stock for their products...the staff are helpful and friendly.It is easy to find what your looking for due to the toys and games been in different sections..shop is open long hours and will keep children occupied for that time...The have a good catalogue for the kids..and well worth a trip ... This is a great store for kids and most kids have smyths in their vocabularly by the age of 2. Being a childs toy store it is obviously child friendly and the staff are very pleasant. The sales in here are great and if you are organized enough you can put away some bargain Christmas presents in advance of the Christmas expensive rush.Great place to come when you are looking for a childs birthday present....
