Shops not as impressive as the building

If you had never seen or heard about this shopping centre before, from the exterior appearance, you would think this is a fabulous shopping centre with great shops. However, in my opinion, it is not that. It is structurally unique and pretty with glass and high ceilings, but there is a poor selection of shops. Tribe is good, Tk max is average, not much else in here to be honest. Grafton Street just opposite is a far better option for shopping.... Read more...

Not Bad

St. Stephen's Green Shopping Centre, being located by Grafton Street, is easy to get to and from, with the Luas running right beside it. Because of its location, it has plenty of people venturing in and out, but inside the array of shops can be at times limited for a city centre shopping centre. While there are of course the ones you'd expect, I definitely think that there ought to be a broader variety of different businesses, as can be found in Dundrum Shopping Centre. The architecture of... Read more...

Spacious shopping centre with several floors and the Luas at the door.

Wonderfully designed shopping centre outside and within. Very spacious throughout. Great range of shops on several floors. Lots of great places to eat with a lot of choice. Endless escalators or stairs up and down so you can choose the lazy way or to take some exercise. Always a good selection of art work on the top floor which is worth a look even if you cannot afford to buy. The Luas Terminus is just outside the centre so great for transport. Right across the street is the... Read more...

Great building and location

I love the architecture of this centre with its big dome and wide aisles. Its a great meeting point and attracts lots of visitors. I love the gallery at the top and it is great for affordable art. It would be great to see more reasons to visit the upper floors (than a visit to the loos!) with more variety of stores. Also it attracts a lot of tourists but there is little to showcase Ireland and things Irish (design and fashion) within.... Read more...

St Stephens green Shopping Centre whilst architecturally is a lovely building, from a shopping perspective its just run of the mill. Has a few decent shops, Dunnes, Benneton,Boots but the layout is confusing and if I'm in a hurry I just avoid the place. Like the food gallery at the top of the building ,great views over the city. The art galleries/shops are also interesting. ... Read more...

St Stephens Green is located at the top of Grafton Street. You cant really miss it to be honest. The shopping centre looks quiet deffierent to most other centres this is due to the architecture of the building and all the glass. Im not a huge fan of this shopping centre. It has Argos, Boots, Dunnes, Hughes + Hughes and Peter Marks to name just a few stores but it is lacking in clothes shops. Shops like No name dont really count in my book! Also you have to pay to use the toilets! ... Read more...

If this shopping centre wasn't in the middle of town nobody would venture into it! The shops are not impressive at all, there is a big enough dunnes, an average boots, a terrible TK maxx and a ticket master... that is really all that is worth mentioning in the shopping centre, all the rest of the shops are terrible and mostly cheap shops. there is also nowhere good at all to eat! :(... Whenever I am on Grafton I always head in this direction, usually because there is a great street performer or because I soon realize I am already at the end of the street. I sometimes stop in here to look around for something new to wear, but I seem to never find anything. They have shops, but not many actual clothing stores. The Dunnes has decent stock though that is kind of it. For such a central location I just think that more stores would want to put their businesses in this place... Read more...
