I've recently moved into the area and this Superquinn is about 10 minutes walk from me so is a handy for the occasional groceries and other small things. They have a small coffee shop in it. The prices are okay and a wide selection of groceries considering it's size. It' s a lot easier going there than Tesco in Merrion, which I use more when I have a bigger grocery shop. ... Want to love it, but cant!

Great location to where I live. Just 3min walk away. I want to love this supermarket, but it's hard to!!! I find the staff fairly unfriendly and standoffish. It's a pretty small and compact superquinn, so it's hard to manover around it. I have a baby, so 9 times out of 10, I have a buggy with me. Thus, it's a nightmare getting around the store. Boxes and loading trolleys always down isles. They always seem to be loading shelves, no matter what time of day you go in. I would have thought this... Read more...

This place is very conveniently placed for where I live, but the Superquinn prices pose a large bearing on where I shop - I tend to just pick up a few bits and pieces in here and hope their oscillating prices are in my favour on that particular day. They don't seem to maintain consistently low prices on goods - two consecutive weeks can be really appealing concerning their offers then ever other week it's hiked up to some quite exorbitant prices even for basics. This is a really lovely Superquinn, spotless. Use this Superquinn occasionally for bread , milk and and a few small grocery items. Great fresh food counter. Would not get my full grocery shopping here as I feel they are a little more expensive than Tescos. Ranelagh is a nightmare for parking, but there is parking at the back of Superquinn. One of the nicest Superquinns

I go to a few Superquinns and this is one of the nicest, perhaps because it's relatively new. It's not the cheapest and definitely not where I'd do my weekly shop, but it's worth spending the extra for some of their products. The breads are really excellent and are still nice the following day - it's so lovely to find proper french bread, as opposed to the doughy cuisine de france stuff that's now sold everywhere else. Finally.....a supermarket!

This is the only supermarket in ranelgh...and its about time too! Superquinn is now where the 4 P's (four provinces) used to be! Inside they have a great bakery, along with butchers and fruit and veg etc. There is a small carpark in the back of the building for customers. The shop is very well laid out and easy to find what you are looking for. Staff are fine and pretty helpful too!... Read more...

Fab bakery!

I'll often get off the luas on my way home just to pop into Superquinn! Thats how much I love this place. Am often tempted by the great bakery and fresh food counters. Ok it might be a bit pricey in comparison to most supermarkets but think the quality is so worth it! They always have a good choice of fresh fruit and veg on display so can always guarantee finding what I'm after. Self service machines are are waste of time, but aren't they the same everywhere!... Nice place to shop

I love Superquinn. This supermarket is probably a 25 minute walk away from me but I honestly enough making the trek and think it's totally worth it for what I get to come home with. I find this super market is closest to Marks & Spencer in terms of quality- they have good quality fruits and vegetables and meats where alot of supermarkets don't. This is a small enough superquinn when you compare it to some of the others around which can be really big but it still has pretty much everything you would want or need. I really like the great selection of bread, they have loads of different fresh loafs to pick from. Also they usually have some nice different things that you wouldnt really find in other shops. At last a supermarket in Ranelagh. This is lioke an express version of Superquinn. It has a lot of what any other Superquinn has but not everything. Probably the most sensible lace in Ranelagh to do your weely shopping. A good cafe aswell.... Read more...
