Excellent layout and parking right outside

(25 January 2012)

Like the layout of Pennys in Blanchardstown, following a makeover, this store was utterly reinvented. With parking right outside, one can buy anything and everything in this store and find it very simple to bring it out to the car. Downstairs is accessories, womens clothing and bathing products. Upstairs is Homewear, Mens wear, Childrens wear and products or pets. While you cannot buy full couches, you can buy wonderful furnishings to brighten up your home. You can also always find some... Great for furniture

This is the store to visit if you are looking for furniture or a big trolley full of furnishings. There is plenty of selection on the first floor and you can park your car right outside so you don't have far to walk with it. It never seems to be overly busy so you can browse at your leisure. There is also a customer toilet in sotre ifyou get caught short or have kids with you. Can't remember staff being overly helpful to us, but we didn't seek too much help from them! The clothes on the... Read more...

Downstairs the floor is a bit of a disaster in terms of lay out with things laid out ad-hoc its a real royal mess. But if you are looking for some decent garden furniture in the summer or if you have guests to stay and need some cool new funky towels that are designer without the huge price then this is the place for you to come! It is also great for ornaments and vases as well as picture frames! Also sometimes if there is any store damage it is possible to ask the manager to give you a further... Read more...

I'm a huge fan of TK Maxx in general but this store just doesn't cut it for me! I was there Sunday last, and it was absolutely packed. Obviously that's not the stores fault, but as branches tend to be quite messy at times, and small enough to navigate around in the first place, the extra amounts of people didn't help. Nor did the staff. Very disinterested in their work and unwilling to help. Ask a simple question and simply be replied to with "no" if even a reply at all. Waited at the... Read more...

TK Maxx

TK Maxx in Blanchardstown is very good and I find their clothes are displayed very well and they always have an enormous amount of stock. I find I really have to be in good form to shop in TK and if it is crowded I just do not bother. They have some good clothes at reduced prices, and if you have the time and patience you can find a good bargain. Theirs shoes and bags are my favourite, good reductions for good quality but sometimes it is difficult to find my size. Some of the household goods... Read more...

My first time in TK Maxx was at their Stephen's Green Store which I did not find to be the most enjoyable of experiences. The crowded area and throngs of women with robotic fingers searching like squirrels for hidden gems, made me feel uneasy ! So what a pleasant surprise when I visited the same store in Blanchardstown. Here everything was spread out beautifully while still retaining that wonderful mish-mash quality. From clothes to delightfully packaged toiletries, it is truly an enjoyable... Read more...

Huge store! I am rarely disappointed when I go there looking for a particular item. Its is very well laid out and offers alot of room for Mom's with double buggies. Because the store is so well laid out it is easy to find what you are looking for. I have never had to queue for longer than a few minutes, even during the busy Christmas season. ... Read more...

If you love shopping and bargain hunting this is heaven .. with rails upon rails of clothes you could easily spend hours browsing their hugh selection of top brands. They also do selection of formal wear for the ladies and the prices are really good too. Only thing is though if yo do eventually find the perfect dress/shoes you will have to prayer that they have it in your size... My favourite thing about this shop is their selection of baby goodies on offer and they are usually far cheaper... Read more...

I love going into this store, You always find a bargain. I got alot of beautiful dresses for weddings are really great prices. You can be lucky enough at times and get really great bargains. Find the sizes a bit on the small side though so make sure you try it on before you buy. I got a beautiful full length dress here a while back for a wedding and it was just stunning.... Read more...

Be prepared to spend some time looking

I love TK Maxx, but am the first to admit that you cant go in there with a firm idea of what you want/need in mind. You need to be open-minded and prepared to have a good look, which means you need to be able to spend quite a bit of time in store. I love having a look through the handbag section which always turns up a bargain or two. The evening dresses can be good as well - I have managed to pick up two at reasonable prices recently. I also love the home section, but again you need to... Read more...

I have to say I much prefer this one to Stephens green branch as I find its not as cluttered. Its bright and airy and upstairs offers a decent homewares department with some unique pieces of furniture. The down side is you have to be prepared to rummage. There are some good bargains to be had you just need the time and patience to look. I find sizes can be a bit funny at times so I would definitely recommend trying on before you buy however long the queues. They have a great children's wear.... Read more...

I have mixed feelings of this branch of TK Maxx, located in Blanchardstown. Downstairs, the floor is laid out quite haphazardly and is actually quite frustrating even discouraging you from having a good rumage. However, upstairs , is divided half into home wear and half into childrens wear. The homewear is really fantastic, at the moment they have a huge selection of outdoor furniture, so you really could be the envy of all your neighbours.... Read more...
