Good shop" Tesco is a good shop with keen prices. Sometimes I find the layout a bit confusing but overall its a really good place to buy all my groceries and other things like electricals toys home wares. great service from the staff. Excellent shop if you need to do your food shopping as well as some clothes shopping as its all under the one roof so no need to go else where. All clothes are excellent value too... Read more...

new tesco

I have to say i love the new tesco,it's just brillant,it has so much of a variety on everything.and is so much better then the old tesco but that wouldnt be hard.My kids love going up 2 the shopping centre and looking at the toy,book,dvd section...Im thrilled that we have somewhere 2 go now to get clothes and not travel for it..It does some great bargains from food to clothes to toys..the shppong centre its will be fab once everything is opened...tesco is really worth the visit now... The Tesco Extra in Balbriggan is great, I love being able to fly down at 2am to get icing sugar for the cake I was asked to bake like I'd nothing better to do and subsequently forgot about.. There's loads of products that you can't get in any other shops and there's some great bargains (especially at about 9pm when they start selling off the deli & bread counter stock, I've gotten pastries for 7c each!!) New Tesco

There is a new large tesco opened in Balbriggan and is much better then the old one. There is a large clothes section and grocery section. The one thing I don't like about this store is the aisles are all over the place. I like doing my shopping walking up and down not to have to go side to side then up and down. I have done my shopping here twice and have missed out on alot more shopping because of the layout... Read more...

Tesco Extra has arrived.

The new Tesco Extra opened in Balbriggan earlier this month. Its absolutely huge wtih plenty of parking. I set off to check it out the 2nd week of opening and they had some excellent bargains going on. It is set on two levels with the grocery on the lower lever and clothes, toys, electricals, homewares up stairs. I couldnt believe how large it actually was. Dont go. wait till the new store opens

Oh my god this place is horrible, firstly to look at the place from the outside its horrible. the building is so old. i hasn't changed since it was called quinnsworth. there isnt much variety in it at all and they dont always have the offers advertised. They do have parking but it is caught up in a one way system and is a big of a pain.The staff are ok most of the time. but luckily the new tesco opens up this week in balbriggan and this one will close.... too small

I really don't like that small store. I normally like shopping in tesco but have been avoiding going there - too small, most of the time they don't even have the offers other tescos do. I can't wait for the new Shopping Centre to open. Hopefully that will be a lot better. The whole building this tesco is in is outdated and could do with a renovation. Even walking in it smells musty. I was tired and wanted to buy a small number of food items quickly and with no fuss. However, I visited Colney Hatch Tesco in London and it was a mistake. I had about 4 items but the queue for the self checkout was huge - I went to the basket isle. The Indian lady that served me was slow, paid no attention and spoke in Hindi to her freinds and kids (yes they were there too!). Overall, she gave the wrong money back in change and when I challenged her she said I was wrong! SHE WASN'T PAYING... Read more...

i agree with the rest of them staff are'nt very friendly,the shop is very small and old which is a big turn off,i feel everything is on top of each other...i have been overpriced on some sale items before which is very annoying. Not the best tesco around

Tesco in Balbriggan is so small and not very modern. They dont have all the best offers even though they do try. There is no deli there anymore. I used to shop there but have since moved to a bigger and better store in Drogheda. But hopefully soon will be back in Tesco in Balbriggan in their new state of the art store. last visit ever!

Had a fight with the staff members in there and have to say tha i wont be back!! Found them very rude and as the other person stated, they arre most certainly rude! I informed that manager of the cheekyness of member of his staff and he didnt acttually care less! infact he didnt care at all, he is getting that much money in his wages that he ccouldnt care less! I would not return to this store again and would urge everyone else to do the same!... Read more...
