The Flowing Tide is a well known Dublin boozer situated across the road from the Abbey Theatre. Its popular with theatre goers/cast for a pre/post theatre drink. Very offputting to say the least. Downstairs there is a pool table and a jukebox, which is grand, but sometimes the clientelle are a little scary. The toilets are downstairs so you don't have to enter the main bar. Plus it's beside my bus stop, so to be honest that's the only reason I ever go there.... Read more...
