Walters do really nice food and it's a bright airy bar. The staff there are super friendly and are always ready for a joke. The one complaint I'd have is that it's a little on the pricey side. The last time I was there, I got a plate of pasta for €10. I think they could have a go at some recession busting prices. maybe add a coffee or soft drink with the €10. Steak or a roast?

Ah Walters.I remember being in here when i was younger with the family on a sunday to get the roast.I'm not really over this direction alot but if i am i always try to make it in here to get a feed.The food and the service have always been top notch for me.They have a chat with you while they serve and you can be sure you wont want for anything in terms of that service.They seem to get alot of business from the tourists.Anytime i'm in there, people from all around seem to be in this delightful... Perfection with time.

Years ago Walters was a really dark pub, it's always been huge, but was one of those pubs that gave nothing away from the outside. But dark or not they knew food, they did carvery lunches long before any other pub had even made a toasted sandwich, so they've a tradition of serving food that's been around so long they've perfected it by now.
