Awesome
(21 March 2012)

Excellent website. It has great reviews about every sort of ameniety or service that you could require. The standard of reviews is high too, most reviews are very informative and give a good account of the service provided. I've never had a problem with it, always receiving my vouchers in prompt time. Adding new businesses can be hard, that would be my only real complaint. I would definitely reccomend it to anyone else and I will continue to use it. Five out of five stars for me.... Read more...

It was fun.

A few weeks back I reported a review that had bad language in it's title. As a result I was subjected to some verbal abuse by the person who originally posted it. The original review still stands. Over the St. Patricks weekend I noticed that a poster by the name of Sue S was copying and pasting reviews from Menupages. A total of 25 in all. I reported these and highlighted the reviews in the comments colum. Yesterday the same poster was back, posting a further 11 copy and paste reviews from... Read more...

All the best from MojitoMojito alias Slugfest.

I was delighted to see that WhoseView had reached it's 50,000 review this week. Thankfully these reviews have been made up of well written and decent respectful reviews. The standards to date have been good and those people who used this site to abuse other people have been dealt with. We now have the latest arrival in the name of Sam who seems to think that we all like to read reviews with bad language in them. Maybe her limited vocabulary is such that she has to use bad language to feel... Read more...

50,000

Congratulations Whoseview.ie on reaching 50,000 reviews and here’s to another 50,000. Great site with lots of reviews from around the country and your reward system is very fair providing you follow terms and conditions and rightly so! I am fond of you one4all vouchers and I get a kick out of writing my reviews of my experiences when travelling both staying in hotels, eating in restaurants, local services and many more categories that you have available on your site. An easy to use site.... Read more...

Tough work writing reviews.
(09 March 2012)
by: Yonder Blue Bayou .. 3 out of 5
I have enjoyed writing my handful of reviews since I joined but it is not always an easy job to get the flow going. It can be very difficult to upload a new business if you want to place a new review of a new business. You have to investigate the companies, website, email address, Logo, location on map then submit it for verification. This whole process can take several days. If it is accepted you then have to remember that you submitted it, perhaps days ago and the write the review. I am not... Read more...

hooked

My sister suggested in using this website and at first I thought it might be too good to be true, in the fact reviews are exchanged for vouchers but since having a real go at writing some reviews I was surprised at how easy the reviews were to do and the layout of the website if very well done with clear navigation. The offers page might need updating however. The best thing though is receiving those vouchers in the post :) :)... Read more...

I like whoseview.ie review site. Good idea this website. You can read reviews about a business from many different locations in Ireland and UK. Reviews are about everything from pubs, restaurants to services, airlines and doctors. You can rant or rave on a business and depending on your experience you can give it no stars or five stars and recommend as a good place to try or not. The points system is very fair and for every review you write you get 40 points and points equal vouchers (when... Read more...

What will 2012 bring?
(03 January 2012)

I wonder if there are any changes coming to the Whoseview website in 2012? I note that I can only spend my points on a Mothercare voucher at the moment so lets hope there are some new developments here. I would love to be able to spend my points on a "meal deal" or similar offer. I have purchased lots of deals through Grabone as well as Pigsback. It would be great if Whoseview could become a one stop shop for everything. ... Read more...

Useful resource

I have been using whoseview.ie for a while now and I have to say that it is one of the more useful websites that I have come across recently. As reviewer I find it good - you give a star rating and then post a review explaining your review. I love the fact that there is no word, character or line limit for posting reviews. You collect points when you write reviews which you can use to obtain gift vouchers for a selection of stores. I feel that this aspect of the site makes it better for... Read more...

Well, if you're already a reviewer here you'll know how great this website is and if you're new to Whoseview.ie and wondering if it is worth joining, it is. I just got my first voucher today - it took a while to arrive but it is a reward - happy days. The selection of vouchers is great - something to suit everyone. It is great to be rewarded for putting in the effort to review businesses, tourist attractions, etc. Some people's reviews are very helpful and probably sway people to choose one... Read more...

Too good to be true
(17 November 2011)

I joined this a while ago, and I was a tad dubious about if it actually paid out at the end of the day or not. Well, my friend had joined a little bit before me, and she just got her first voucher and can't stop bragging about it. I'm glad I listened to her and joined up when I did, if I bash out a few reviews I may be able to carve a little chunk out of the Christmas Shopping Bill! The user interface on this site is so simple and I love that it's so honest too, if you are playing the... Read more...

A great idea
(25 October 2011)

I think that whoseview is a great idea. If you are from waterford and thinking of going to cork for a few days then all you have to do is log on and see what is the best place to stay, where you can get good food at a reasonable price and also where to get a good pint of murphys. All the information you need for a good break is here and you decide then where to go. With lots of different people giving their views on everything under the sun this website is a mine of information.... Read more...
