There's a few Chinese restaurants around the city offering great value at the moment, but I think Jimmy Chungs has the best deals of the lot. Its an all you can eat buffet for a set price - 13 euro for lunch and 18 euro fer dinner, with children just over half price (its even cheaper monday-thurs)....
