Bullied into leaving a tip!

I used to frequent O'Gradys quite regularly as I always liked the food, however the last occasion I was there left a sour taste in my mouth. I was there for lunch with my partner and whilst we were there we had a few issues and the waiter couldn't accommodate us with our preferred seating despite we being the only people there dining at the time, anhow to cut a long story short after paying our bill - we left the exact amount due - the waiter shouted to us "Where's my tip" - we didn't feel the need to leave a tip on this occasion like we normally would do as he hadn't been very attentive and there were some issues. He argued with us that we "had" to leave a tip and that it was the done thing etc... We explained that on this particular occasion we didn't feel that the service warranted a tip, however he became quite aggressive insisting that we leave a tip. Naturally we didn't and as a result we haven't been back since.

Ruby would not recommend. Ruby would not use again.
