Excellent prompt treatment

My youngest daughter presented in the A&E department , was attended to immediately (we have VHI cover), was found to have acute appendicitis, and was operated on immediately. She was then transferred to a 2 -bed ward for a couple of days. As a parent , this was a tremendous experience and very positive given the generally poor comments about our heallth services. The clinic is ultra -modern , and very comfortable-a bit like a top hotel and didn't particularly raise the anxiety levels which hospitals (particularly hospital A&E departments) generate. Individual menus are prepared for each meal. A happy experience all round , and apart from the initial A&E charge, everything else was cobvered directly by VHI.A really, really good experience and a very pleasant surgeon too.
Nigel would recommend. Nigel would use again.
