Fluffy towels.

Nice staff make all the difference. Throw in free underground parking and a huge buffet breakfast that will set you up for the day and you are on a winner. There are two computers available if you want to check your emails and didn't bring your laptop with you. There are tea and coffee making facilities in your room as well. Queen sized beds, nice shower room, fluffy towels and a good price. The only problem is that it is a 20 minute walk to the city centre.
Bronco would recommend. Bronco would use again.
