Hard to find anything if you're not a Regular.

i pop in here only now and again so not familiar with the layout of the different sections. However there doesn't seem to be any coherent plan as to where you might look for things. Ok the Deli and Bakery are well designed and recognisable when you enter, but after that it's a trudge up each aisle hoping you'll stumble accross what you want. You're more likely to stumble over hordes of staff who look as if they are ding a continuous stock check. What's that all about. Admittedly they are helpful when interrupted, but more clear signs at eye level as to what each aisle contains would prevent crowds of customers wandering around bumping into each other, like pained souls in a purgatorial maze, knowing the prize they seek is very close at hand, but where exactly. Frustrating.
Harry would not recommend. Harry would use again.

I completely agree, since they have changed the interior, I don't know where anything is!! I avoid the place now!
