Last week, while jogging in Marley Park, I noticed the Fitness Bootcamp in full swing with roughly 20+ people doing all sorts of exercises. Out of curiosity I decided to observe for 10 minutes to see if the techniques on push ups were as I was doing 20 min previously. Thankfully it was. later than evening I was talking to friend who took part in this 8 week session last year who two objectives. One, he was single so need I say more and second to lose his rather large mid section (or to at least tone it down before he hit the beaches on sunnier shores). He had only good things to say about the 8 week program, despite being still single:-)
