TK Maxx is one of those places you either love or hate. The reason it's so cluttered and the clothes are hung all packed together is to make you really dig and look properly for stuff, it really can be worth it though. I've picked up some fab bargains in this particular store - a perfect pair of Doc Marten boots for €35, they're €105-€130 in shops! It depends how into designer labels you are though I suppose, you can pick up something lovely and then see the price and nearly die, because even though it's discounted, the fact that it's some designer label, it's still dead expensive. I personally find this store great for funky t-shirts and cheap brand-name salon hair products like Tigi. They've a good kids clothes and toys section, and homewares too. It's great for picking up some different bits that you maybe wouldn't see anywhere else, but I'd only recommend it if you're prepared to overlook the mess and give yourself time to have a proper look!
