Unbelievably bad food.

Had high expectations prior to dining at Rasam. This was due to high reviews by family/menpages comments. I must say (and this goes for 4 out of 6 people at our table) that the food here was far from good. In particular, avoid the Passanda. This dish was terrible. The chicken was pink which was off-putting to the eye and the sauce was very buttery and swimming in grease. The slow cooked lamb wasn't much better. It was tough and fatty and sauce tasted like 3 year old perfume. To make matters worse, the price was very high. At roughly 7 euro for a desert of fudge brownie which would be far better if bought in a supermarket for a fraction of the price. The only positive thing was the setting and atmosphere which was reasonably good. In summary, avoid this restaurant at all costs.
