The Four Seasons Hotel is a very fancy one, that is popular with high class tourists and celebrities alike. It is a household name. However, I haven't stayed here, so I can only comment on the restaurant. The restaurant is beautifully laid out, everything is really well presented and it overlooks the grounds which are full of unique statues so it is a curious sight. The food is delicious. I went to celebrate a communion here, and our large party was well looked after. The servers were very professional. I had the monkfish and it was unforgettable. Soft and buttery, and drizzled in a light sauce. It was served on a custom plate with potatoes and vegetables cooked to perfection. We got a personalised chocolate platter for the guest of honour, which is delicious and a lovely touch! Definitely would return, even if it isn't exactly budget-friendly.
